Second time weve done Palm on Door Dash. Its fire!!! Simple crust but quality and tasty! Got the 28 inch cheese tonight.. didnt realize how big it was lol, very good though! Worth the $$$! Love the pasta, carrot cake, and they make awesome ranch in house and huge salads. Def recommend!

I watched the owner be extremely disrespectful and treat a customer with disdain and a rude tone. An older lady wearing hospital socks and carrying a bag with clothes, and an envelope with her money. I've been telling so many of my friends about this restaurant, now I have a new story to tell. I guess the owner has never fallen on hard times before. He certainly doesn't need the older lady's repeat business, or mine.

i will never go to this location again! i will stick to twain ! the got my order wrong the food was cold u can tell the food had been sitting out i cant even finish one wing which were supposed to be Buffalo and they sent me plain by the way Cold plain party, wings, and nasty cold fries smh looks nothing like the menu lol wow ! terrible the location on twain NEVER served food like this its just far from me now smh

First time ordering from here and got the wrong order, thanks for the disappointment
On Christmas eve my grandfather ordered a pizza from here, it cost 30$ for ONE pizza and delivery. Me and my younger sister are it and not even a hour later she was projectile vomiting all over the bathroom floor, two hours later I followed and could barely stand up by the end because of the shivers and nausea, that's when I realized we both had food poisoning, we were up till two in the morning vomiting, unable to even keep down water or our own spit because of it. He went to go get his money back a the owner would not take accountability for the poor quality of their food. I have infact seen the inside of this restaurant andthe area it is in, I can tell you to turn the other way will never be stepping foot near here again. Zero stars if I could but one will have to do.

I called to make an order the palm’s special it’s 37.99 on the menu call and tell what i wanted and she tells me, my total is 52.00. I tell her that the menu says different.she then says they need to update it. 😩okay. But then she wanted my credit card info saved in their system she said thats their policy. Hell No! So i end up going elsewhere.
