First NO ONE explained that we had to get our own plate to put meat on and we were given utility tongs (when walking to the salad bar I noticed some tables had a small white dish for each persons tongs) that were just laid on the table and we had NO IDEA what they were for. Yes, it was our first time at this type of venue. The worst part is we were only offered 5 different types of meat and one time we waited over 15 minutes for them to come back. Not once did we see anything remotely looking like the website picture of the server carving meat. We were also told we would get a free picture to remember our visit, the photographer never came to take a picture. They only hold reservations for 10 minutes, but seated us 20 minutes late. On a good note the salad bar was excellent and was quickly refilled.

Tip added to.bill before we sat down. No choice, then suggested an additional.tip. be prepared to have 18 percent added to your bill regardless of the service. .

Our servers were excellent, the food was 5star and the atmosphere were beautiful We will visit here again soon! Worth every penny!!

The food was fantastic and plentiful. Everyone was super attentive and understanding that I'd never been to that type of restaurant

Food was ok, I had water and my wife had lemonade, tasted horrible, I've been to Pampas in Mexico and it is way better

Food was really good! The folks who served the meat were very friendly and quick! Our server was a bit MIA and didn't refill our drinks or bring us the check without us waiting a while and having to get someone else's attention. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Came in with a promo they posted to their website for half off. They made us pay for the meal up front and any add ins or drinks as a separate charge after the dinner. Seemed very odd and inefficient, spoke to manager and they would not do it any other way. Have eaten there many times prior without this being the policy. Otherwise food was good and service very good for the price paid.

We didn't even know who our server was we wanted to order drinks and dessert nobody offered us food was okay it was my son birthday we wrote note nobody said anything it was not good at all

They had a special on their website for half price! It was a great value for the experience/food. They were pretty much non-stop with the meats!!! Would recommend!

Not a good experience and all meats came around every 15- 20 minutes and they were the same two meats everytime

This place was not a good experience and is not a great representation of brazil steakhouse.

In comparison to other Brazilian restaurants that have been to, this one is at the bottom, way at the bottom by itself. The meat did not have any taste, and the medium cooked meat was tough. The only meat that was good was the bacon wrapped chicken. The gauchos kept passing my table even though my card was on green. His excuse was that he works a certain section. What? I've never known that they worked in sections, only the whole restaurant. Our waiter, however, was very attentive and the receptionists were welcoming. The atmosphere was good, the live music was also pleasant. Oh, the salad bar was okay, not bad, but okay. Overall the tasteless tough meat is why I give them 2.5 stars.

We made a reservation only to arrive on time and be told we had to wait for them to set up our table. It took 12 minutes for them to finally see us after I walked in and asked what was taking so long. The meat was delicious, but the salad bar looked like a had been out for hours. The lettuce and cold items looked wilted. We didn't eat much from the salad bar because there wasn't much left and what was available looked really old. We waited 10 minutes with empty plates before the meat carvers came around. Our server basically ignored us as we sat with empty dishes and empty drink glasses for 15 to 20 minutes when we finally got her attention to ask for our check, she noted her head and walked away. It took another five minutes before we went to find a manager. The staff carving the meat at the table for fun and engaging but I would not recommend the experience.

Service was horrible! We didn’t get waited on for a long time. The meat servers were amazing. Waiting on drink/meat was extremely long while other customers were being served continuously.
