Went for lunch. Used a Groupon so the price was good. The salad/side bar had a good amount of options. Everyone at the tavle l9ved the Garlic Bread oddly enough lol, it was pretty good. Crab salad was also good. Other options that I can remember include garlic rice, black beans, pasta salad, regular salad, soups, etc. The service was great, Rico was amazing!! He was very friendly and personablem the meat options were also good, however I've been to other Brazilian steakhouses that had a wider array of meat. I will note that I dined at other places for dinner so this may be the reason. The pork sausage, chicken sausage, and chicken were the tavle favorites. I would recommend.

I used to love going to Pampas with my family, but our recent visit left me feeling disappointed. The food just wasn't as good as it used to be. For a Brazilian steakhouse, the variety and quality of meats were lacking. They kept serving the same things over and over – house picanha, chicken legs, and sausage.The service was ok, nothing like it used to. They used to come around asking how everything was and this time around we had to repeatedly ask for refills. I don't think I'll be coming back here. I can get a better meal and service at other places in Vegas.

-Seating was super close together.-I asked for well done, and it came out cold.-Our meat servers weren't coming around very often, and we wanted to try everything.-If you wanted seafood, it was extra-If you wanted Pineapple, it was extra- the robot hostesses brought one couple to a dirty table, then the next one to a table that was already occupied.- server was annoyed. I asked for one of my meat choices to be well done, then came back and kind of slammed the "well done" table marker down then left.- because we had been to a different steak house before the waiter didn't explain how this one really worked so when I tried to stop other meat waiters, I found out that we had our own meat people.- a tip was added without our consent at the end.- the presentation of the salad bar was nice, and the scalloped potatoes were amazing

*** NOT A GOOD CHOICE FOR VEGETARIANS ***Pampas is a meat-lover's paradise and a very good deal.The salad bar was disappointing. The only vegetarian protein was sunflower seeds -- and cheese. There was a lot of meat at this salad bar. The rice was very tasty and the melons were ripe. The olives were delicious.At other Brazilian restaurants the salad bar is a sight to behold! Great place they had tons of salad and sides options all fresh. The meats were nice and tender and had lots of variety. We sat at the bar and the bartender we had was very attentative making sure we had everything we needed, even though it was busy and he was back there by himself. Will be coming back next time I'm in Vegas! The only thing was that they took our photo and gave us a small one and then tried to get us to buy more pictures.... I get they trying to get the upsell but they already printed the extra photos... and when you say no what do they do? just throw it out? seems like a waste.
