I took my 83 yo friend here for lunch and she was pleasantly surprised with the amount of food that was on her plate. Our order came out quickly and was very tasty. Our server was attentive and very friendly.

The host on red dress showed attitude.
Nice decor
Our server Ivan was very attentive.
We order Ramon carnitas, rice was pretty dry, carnitas dry and too much cinnamon on it).Chile verde burrito too spicy, carne asada burrito just ok.
No manager asking how do you like the service?.
Too dark you can barely read the menu.
Tables too close to each other is like seating with strangers and hearing their conversations .
Too pricey for what they offered...
No hostess at exit saying thank you .
We don't feel welcomed here ...sad

I think our waitress had a bad day. Took a while to be served and order was not correct and had to repeat ourselves a few times. My meal was not good and I could not finish it but my dinner mate had a good meal. Waitress was polite and kind, just kind of frazzled and inattentive. Will give it another try at another time.

Food is pretty good, especially for price. A big plus is they have artichokes.

It's been several years since I've been here and thought it deserved a second chance. Still hasn't changed. So it wouldn't be a stretch to call this place a tourist trap. Although the food is just ok, I think service is not what you would expect from the atmosphere. Saw my waiter twice. Once to finally come and take the order and lastly to drop off the check. Food runners brought everything but said to see waiter if we wanted anything else. Good was like warm and chicken still had the fat in the dish.
You can find better.

First time eating at this restaurant. Service was extremely slow. When we needed our waiters attention, he seemed very frazzled and confused. When we tried asking for refills on drinks he asked us what we wanted. turned to another co-worker to say something, and then had to ask us two more times what drinks we needed. Some of the food that we ordered was brought out wrong, and it almost seemed impossible to get our servers attention, so we couldn’t get the food brought correctly. I can understand that it can be busy. But he only checked on us about one time during our entire time at this establishment. Even when other tables in his section had left, we still were not checked on. One of the food runners had brought food meant for another table. He then left that trey of food right in front of our table so he could double check which table it goes to, so none of could get up. Meanwhile i had to use the restroom while waiting for them to remove the food trey. I myself had ordered the Mole Enchiladas. It wasn’t bad. The margaritas tasted like they had no alcohol whatsoever either. Some of the other people in our party had mentioned that their food was somewhat lacking of flavor. Kind of disappointed because this was a family christmas day.

The food was awful party of 25 and at least 10 could not eat the food, service was poor in beginning then they came more often. I don't usually leave reviews but it was so bad I had to let others know.

This is by far the best Mexican food that I have tasted in Las Vegas. My favorite is the Chili Colorado burrito.
