I make it a point to come to ponchos every time I come to Vegas. About 6 times a year. I rave about it to all my friends that it will be my first stop when I get into town. I went to this location for the first time last night and I was so disappointed. In the food. The service. It was so sad! Our waitress really couldn't have cared less about serving us. While ordering our food I asked for asada tacos. She replied. "We're out". So i changed my order to chicken and she said "we're out". Why wouldn't you just tell us which meat your out of before we order?! Anyway, our food finally came out but first her dread went into my taco before she handed me my plate. I couldn't leave this place fast enough to be honest. Probably won't be craving panchos anymore or at least not this location.

PRE-TLDR; I'd like to start off by apologizing for my lack of activity lately but I was fighting covid for the last two weeks and haven't really been out of the house or eating out lately but I am glad to be healthy and back! TLDR; One of my favorite things about is they have daily specials: Meatless Mondays: get a discount when you mention this to the server Taco Tuesday: 3 tacos and a drink or 4 taco special Nach Wednesday: Classic nachos discount. Tostada Thursday: Classic tostada discount. Burrito Friday: Classic burrito discount Sope Saturday: North sopes discount Chilaquiles Sunday: Chilaquiles available Now about the food...I love Mexican food and this place has potential. The portion sizes I received (especially on a daily special day) was very good for the price. Even undiscounted some items are definitely worth getting over others. I didn't have the most wonderful service experience and had some suggestions about the food but overall this place has potential. I will definitely be giving them another shot sometime in the future. If you are vegan and love Mexican food this place is a definite must-try. Service The service was one to forget. I came in on a Thursday and the place was empty. I walk in and the server/cashier is bussing a single table. I stand at the front for a couple of minutes and make eye contact with the server but they don't acknowledge me really. After another five minutes, they stop bussing the table (but aren't finished) to actually take my order. I ordered my food and sat at a table and was hoping to dine in but the server just gave me my food in a to-go container but I still ended up eating out of my to-go containers in the restaurant. I was hoping to get a drink and the server/cashier walked outside when I was standing at the front the kitchen staff made eye contact with me as well but didn't acknowledge me and continued to let me stand there, I gave up on the drink after a while and headed out next door for a drink. Not sure if this was just a one of but the service itself could definitely see some improvement with greeting guests and making sure they are taken care of. Environment The inside is spacious with many tables and they also have outdoor seating. They have a bar and what looked to be a dance/music area as well. The place is well decorated and pretty nice, I was shocked actually the place was empty during the lunch rush. They also have a couple nice instagram/yelp worth backdrops for some pictures. Food Tostadas I came in for the tostada thursday and It was a great deal. I think I paid like 3-4 dollars each and they were massive. I originally wanted to try their soy chorizo but they were out. I ended up getting one carne asada, pulled jackfruit, and pastor. I wasn't a fan of the pulled jackfruit (I've just had much better at all places), the carne asada wasn't bad (was just like a seasoned seitan), but the pastor was pretty good, had nice flavor, texture, and sizing. The tostadas are piled high with beans, meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. I wish they added a little more sour cream and I wasn't a fan of the cheese (it was the kind that is kind of hard and doesn't melt very well and a little chalky).

This place is literally the best. They are quick and the food is mouth watering. If my wallet allowed i could eat here everyday. For meat replacements my favorite is the asada something about it is just ridiculous.. the pastor is really good as well and the carnitas!!! Ive tried a lot of vegan mexican food but this place actually taste so aunthentic.. definitely a hidden gem if your vegan or you just love vegan food this place is IT.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla. There was barely any cheese on it. And the cheese that was on it was BARELY melted

I've eaten here at least 10 times and I keep going back because it's the closest vegan taco place by me. I wish I could say more and I REALLY hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears. The street tacos are good, I can say that. These guys also have very friendly staff and always good service but I always wonder to myself if the owner eats the food here. This place has so much potential but I don't understand how their burritos are always so bland in flavor, even when the salsa is added. The salsa is really a surprise that it's not better and lacks flavor. It's so easy to make good salsa and flavor the beans or add some good tasty spices to the burritos and salsa but they never do. I don't get it and I while I can't say I'll stop going here because I do enjoy their street tacos, I really hope the chef and owner see this and make some changes for the better because theres no way I'm the only person who thinks this when other vegan taco places are in town and the flavor is closer to an 8 out of 10 no matter what you get. Please guys, for the love of tacos and the vegan community who love your place, improve the salsas you put on the wet burrito and serve on the side. Especially now that you're increasing all the prices, it will be hard to continue coming back regularly if things don't step up a bit. I can understand the inflation happening from COVID but with that price change I really hope the quality and flavor improves too.

I had dined here while on a business trip with family. I throughly enjoyed my meal and I tip my hat to the chefs that prepared it.This establishment has great plating food presentation and beautiful aesthetic that really elevates your food experience. The food was surprisingly very filing. I really enjoy having a vegan meal as I have many food allergies.I spoke with the kind server Jen and asked her to break down the Vegan meat options as I was looking to try out their Mole in-house made sauce. Their mole was a creamy, light-weight sauce, smooth on the tongue and not rich in taste. I believe they have a great Mole recipe, it's unlike other mole's I've had the opportunity to taste Thus far.I regularly wouldn't order an Al pastor Mole Enchilada however our server Jen helped me better interpret the menu and I felt for today the flavors and textures may compliment one another. The Al pastor was filing, well marinated with traditional flavoring and had yummy bits of roasted Pineapple.Take note, this vegan cheese does not melt this is common within vegan cheeses.I enjoyed the smooth creaminess of the beans and I did notice the flavor was quite unique as it does not have animal fat in it, a more modern take on a traditional dish. The Spanish Rice had great color, great presentation style and the flavors in the rice were very familiar to the traditional dish.I appreciate the vegan sour cream. If I had known the plating style I would have, asked for it on the side.My party and I were attacked by a group of flies that had snuck in after a large party of guests walked through the entrance. The selection of Music was nice, not too loud and the noise filled up the almost empty dining hall which made it feel even more an relaxed dining experience.Jen made her way back around to my table and came with a glass and gave me a free refill to go of the Agua Frescas mixed Lemonade drink. This kind gesture made my day and I won't forget my great experience dining at this location.I enjoyed my dining experience my company was happy to dine here and actually looked forward to it for months. I highly recommend dining at this location for their customer service, and inviting culture they foster. I hope my next dining experience doesn't include making fashioning table napkins into tents to cover your plate, protecting it from the flys. This food also heats up very well for left overs.

I was excited to try this place and was very disappointed. The salsas are watered down. It’s as if they make a batch and just dilute it with water to make it last longer. The guacamole is bland. How is this a Mexican restaurant and they mess up guacamole out of all things !? The tortilla for the burrito didn’t seem to be cooked. They just wrapped it raw. The prices are too high for the food to lack flavor. The only good thing was the cheese sauce and even then you can get that anywhere. I wish I read the reviews before coming here. No one is exaggerating! Save your coins and go somewhere else !

Came here a few times. Usually the food is is pretty good and the service is good but tonight it was horrible. I ordered the ranchero fries which I always get and they're always bomb. Tonight it was bathed in green salsa, that I was eating part of the newspaper on the bottom of the tray and the fries were soggy. I also got asada street tacos. The asada was very dry. The service from the waitress was not good. She was either having a bad day..which happens or she hates her job..she wasn't rude but she wasn't trying to give good service how the other servers usually do. She talked very low, didn't give refills or check on us. Wanted to send the food back but really felt like that would ruin her day if I did. I doubt I would be returning to this location.

Tried this local Vegan spot today & it was great. I got a California Buritto to-go & it was huge. Plenty big enough to share for lunch, & the fries wrapped within it was a bonus. There are great options of vegan proteins, what more could you ask for. Good food, good people & thinking outside the box. We will be back for sure.

Pancho's Vegan Tacos is a hidden gem offering vegan alternatives to all your taco protein favorites. While I enjoy meat, my fiancé is pescatarian. We struggle sometimes trying to find a place that caters to both our diets and tastes good both ways. Pancho's soyrizo tacos always hit the spot for me. The Chick-end is also pretty dang good. Of course I'm coming from an "alternatives" perspective. Those who enjoy a vegan diet will be extremely pleased here. One lunch was all it took. These tacos are now our go-to choice for tuesdays. Cheat code: if you want to avoid some of the wait (everything is made fresh) place your order ahead of time for pickup. The squad is super accommodating. Happy eating!

The food has gone really downhill here. Used to like it, but the quality and service is terrible now.
