Panda Express

I had a very disappointing experience at this Panda Express location. The server, Valeria , seemed rushed and inattentive. She didn’t take the time to listen to my order properly and missed key items I specifically asked for, including the sauces. The overall service felt rude and unprofessional, and I left feeling frustrated. I expect better customer service, especially when dining out. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

Slow,terrible service. Waited over 10 minutes for sesame beef and shrimp. Just left after waiting so long. Very unprofessional spiccs.

Everything was great except the food, im a local and that's my local panda express but everytime I get orange chicken it does not taste good, (the aftertaste) same with the teriyaki chicken. Service and atmosphere are always good, its just the food. I stop going for months hoping it gets better, but when I come back it's the same thing, Ive been around the area for 17 years and that panda express is not the same as before

This place needs to hire people with good customer service specially, that girl named Melanie needs to go. She is super rude. No customer service at all …

Also you get an after taste after orange chicken and other items . Either they add to much condiments or what’s the issue .. smh ..

I come here all the time and this time I had a bad experience with a employee but I could not get her name because esvaldo the manager at the time said he could not give it to me which is ridiculous but I left with a refund he said for safety reasons

One stuff a mexican lady its doesnt fair with other not mexican

I feel everytime she serve alway a tiny amount of food but if I saw same mexican

This place is very convenient! I love their drive-thru! Their orange chicken is a classic dish I have enjoyed for more than 30 years!

When first arrived, we were totally ignored. Very rude staff. Almost left as I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get served.

Vegetarian options: Veggies for a side

The new bourbon chicken is literally the best Chinese chicken I’ve ever had

I went in today and noticed there was a new entree item the bourbon chicken, I had politely asked for a sample and the girl rudely mentioned they don’t do samples. And I kindly asked oh when did that policy change I had no idea. As I’ve always remembered being able to sample a new item in the past, and was rudely met with we’ve never done that and I stated oh I didn’t realize the policy changed no worries, Then this was followed by 3 employees staring me down and laughing at me for asking a simple question. Now I don’t mind not being able to sample that’s completely fine as I was unaware this wasn’t something they do anymore. But it was the disrespect for laughing at me for asking a simple question. I will not be visiting this location again. Truly unacceptable
