I have never seen anyone more rude than the workers here. Their treatment is very bad, and so is the manager. They serve the food as if they are serving it for free. They throw the food in the boxes nervously and serve it nervously as well. I hope their treatment changes. There were people before me who took the same meal and put the shrimp in a reasonable way, but they put 3 pieces in my box. It is funny. I hope their treatment changes. As for me, I will not come back here again.

People where okay. Not friendly but not mean. Food was wildly different from any other Panda I've been to. Orange chicken tasted odd. Didn't even taste like chicken. Noodles where pasty and flavorless. Beef and broccoli made me gag. Wife was surprised because I usually eat anything..
Nothing wrong with honey shrimp from what I can tell. Just feel bad throwing $20 away.

I go there and usually in the afternoon and it's packed but there quick with making the food and getting everyone in the line in and out

Everything is always so delicious. Excellent attention. The impeccable bathroom. Recommended Orange chicken honey. We didn't even have time to take the photo. It is my daughter's favorite place

Not recommended what so ever based on customer service alone. I received undercooked rice, and when I called to let management know instead of coming up with the solution instead, the "manager" wanted to argue about and diminish my experiences. She then stated that the rice was not undercooked as they cooked the rice for 45 minutes in the cooker. I explained to her again that if my rice is hard or crunchy, it is undercooked. She then proceeded to tell me that if I did not want to "cooperate," she would refer me to customer relations. After explaining to her that me stating that I received underccoked rice is not being uncooperative. The "manager" then proceeded to hang up in my face. When I showed up in person to cuss them out the "manager" denied what she did and that it was her because she didnt want to get cussed out while I was actively on the phone with corporate. I then requested for my immediate refund of which she processed back to the card used and claimed it would be immediate although the refund receipt says "Credit" which means it will take 3-5 business days after I requested an immediate refund wether back to the card or in cash. I then asked for the store and district managers number and was subsequently given the number to Customer Relations, which I clearly already had, seeing that I was actively on the line with the department throughout the entire interaction.
Make note that this is the second location and the second time I received undercooked rice in the valley, so obviously, they need to figure out why this continues to be a factor acrossed the board. Apparently, they are not using enough water, or the 45mins is not sufficient for the batches of rice they are making. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
