I eat at this Panda Express often because it is close to home and with the Panda app I can order ahead then do a quick pickup. I like the food especially the orange chicken but who doesn't ? The food is always ready and hot at a great price. If you like Panda Express this is a great location!

What happened to giving a sample of a new menu item? How am I supposed to know if I would like it? All I got was a bad attitude from the server! "No sample policy due to COVID". What COVID? This spoiled my appetite so I cancelled my 2 plates and left. I don't think I will ever go back to this location ?

Panda Express really sucks now.. inflation hit them hella hard it seems because they’re so cheap about literally the soy sauce.. not only did they downsize the heck out of the packets, I asked for extra and they literally gave me two packets for three plate meals.. what the heck? Then when I ask for more they hand me ONE packet and I’m like uuuuuh.. for three meals? And they said management doesn’t let them “hand out sauce” ok, sure. If I walked off the street, totally agreed! But I’ve already paid you all $30.. you can’t give me more than 3 packets of soy sauce? So ghetto.. I’m just going to start taking my family back to China A Go Go..

I ordered online 12 lunch plates not only was the order ready way before the time that was emailed to me but the food looked and tasted great along with good portion sizes . Most importantly they included enough sauces, silverware and fortune cookies . Giving the staff and manager an A+ !

Pretty sad and quite unbelievable that you can't (or won't) give change for a 100 dollar bill. At least put signs up so people don't go thru the whole process of standing line, ordering, only to have the cashier tell you they can't take your money. What kind of successful business can't make change for a hundred?!
