Today out of all the hundreds of times that we've visited Panda, we've found the worse fry rice ever, also the pour so much rice on the chicken side so they don't serve that much chicken and meat.

This is the 3rd time I ordered delivery from this location and will be the last. The food was totally dried out and the beef was impossible to chew. The fryed rice was more like white rice it had no veggies and was not fryed very well if at all. The manager needs to send the cooks to the Flamingo branch for training. Wake up management!!!!!!

Not only is the place extremely hard to find but they're idea of an entree size is 3 pieces of meat in one of the extra small containers. And my other plate I missing an entree all together. I've called over 5 times and have been hung up on and now they won't answer the phone. I paid $30 just to get ripped off.

Quick serviceWhen asked fresh Beijing beef was made. Dissatisfied with my meal after receiving it. The chow mein was dry and flavorless. Spoke to male crew member who gave me replacement white rice that was NOT the equivalent to the serving of "dry mein" I received. The best part of my meal was my fresh Beijing Beef. I lost my appetite & wasted money today.

staff not friendly need to work on customer service and manners!! waited in line to not be helped the cook had to yell and ask was I picking up food while the lady in the front acted as I was invisible poor service also try working on greeting and smiling to everyone and not just one ethnicity.

Don't ask for a cup of water with your order, they simply won't give you one. You have to buy an expensive bottled water, pretty lame at a university that serves youth, the public and taxpayers that support their establishment...IN A DESERT NO LESS. Sad that the students accept this as normal, $2 for some plain water with my meal that was already $8. Not cool and, so wrong, and half is spicy, so your mouth is burning. I doubt even 3 people a day ask for water, in a cup that costs what 3 cents? And so what if they did, obviously the food cost is already marked way up, in the bags it comes in. Funny, the other Pandas WILL give you a cup for water. I guess the owner doesn't really care about student service.
