So I went there the other day to buy some grilled chicken and a few other things and it was amazing because I bought extra grilled chicken or when I got home I realized that they put Grilled Chicken in these very very small child size containers now so they don't give you as much grilled chicken as they used to used to be the containers were good size smaller but the prices is higher and the quantity is way less not happy guys you need to put back the size containers you used to have if you're going to charge more you need to keep the same amount of chicken not happy.
Small portions! Too expensive, nobody who works in this facility speaks English. I felt uncomfortable when I was ordering my food. Not happy with my food or the prices.
Fast, great service. Delicious!!
Plenty of parking . Good atmosphere, busy location but fast hard working service. The portions could be abit more for the price. But all in all I recommend. Kevin and Sirina were great.
We ordered Big Plate, and the place is always busy running out of food.
It’s fast food but takes as long as a sit down restaurant. I waited in line for 10-15 minutes and an additional 10 minutes for my food cause they insisted I get the new one. I had to settle for the leftover just so I can make it back to work in time. Blew my whole lunch break waiting and now hardly have time to get one or two bites in.
I frequently visit this location and have always had a pleasant experience, but tonight was different. I felt extremely disrespected by the service I received.
The server, Joselyn E., was inattentive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, my fork broke while I was trying to pick up a piece of orange chicken. When I called to speak with a manager, the employee on the phone refused to take my number or provide the name of a manager I could ask for.
Considering I visit this location 4-5 times a week, this was very disappointing. I understand that everyone can have an off night, but the entire experience was terrible and left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
Very nice staff
Always good food and awesome service with a smile or laugh.

I just wanted to acknowledge the great service I received from a gentleman named Devin. He was so nice, and pleasant. He even offered us a drink while we waited for fresh chow mein. Thanks you sweet energy means a lot.

I have gone to this location several times as it is the closest 1 to my home and I don't think I have ever been as disappointed as I was this time Allow me to show the proof below with the picture... As much as we love the orange chicken, there is only so much chili peppers that we can eat in holy crap to add this amount of chillis into a side order of chicken. It's completely insane. I mean, did I get orange chicken? That's spicy or the freakin chili peppers with a tiny amount of chicken... Don't get me wrong. The food is good but I couldn't eat about half of my chicken order... Panda Express,,, really??? My order was through Uber Eats. I think you'll have some fixing to do when it comes down to the condiments, and the amount put in them....

The customer is always right., although a part of the past clearly has zero meaning today.
I went in simply for 2 medium sides, when asked what I wanted I asked if I could half half rice and half noodles in one, and then asked if I could have the orange chicken as a side. Without telling me that it’s not a side and that it’s considered an entree as if me as the customer needs to know the entire lingo. What if it was my very first time.
I wanted to eat cheaply. Instead I paid a whopping $14 for 2 tiny boxes.
That is not ok. That’s theft, and quite honestly scandalous. Two tiny boxes of garbage for $14.
When calling corporate, as expected, they stuck by their employees, circling back to the fact that the customer is never right, and there is ZERO recourse.
No apology, and no trying to make it right.
Bye Bye Panda. You suck.
