this location sucks big time. i stopped going to this panda a long time ago and started driving an extra fifteen minutes to the one on LV BLVD. now i remember why. they are always out of something on the order. there was an issue using a reward on the computer website. so after three phone calls and about ten tries of various ordering the coupon for a free shrimp wouldn't work. so finally the lady said she would give it me when i picked up my order. so when i get there and they want my phone to scan the app. i said i don't have my phone and even if i did i don't have the app on it. so i argued with the woman at the window for the free shrimp. i said i told the person on the phone i was using my computer and she didn't tell me to bring my phone. she said when i got there she would give it to me. the person at the window was very insistent and got me really pissed off. i should have asked to speak to whoever was on the phone but just took my food and left. so rather than just throw some in a package, they got a customer really pissed off and i'm not done with this yet

My friends and I meet here periodically and the food is always fresh and the atmosphere clean and friendly. Last time there (last week) I saw a lady that works there intentionally looking around and cleaning. Then she even went out to the parking lot, that I hadn't noticed needing attention, and started sweeping around the outside of the restaurant and around the cars. When she came in I mentioned that it was great to see her attention and focus on cleanliness and asked her if she was a manager, she said yes. I asked her name, it's Mariah. What a wonderful manager and it makes me love this location even more ❤️

No more samples, no more fortune cookies, are things really that tight for y’all? When there’s a new dish I want to be able to try it before committing. Came here around 9p.m. on sunday on 12/3/23.Pulled up to the drive thru & was greeted by the attendant through the speaker,I thought how nice,their ready to take my order.Wrong.As I attempted to order, a rude, obnoxious,woman with a tawainesse or some sort of other asian accent barked at me through the speaker telling me to "just wait,okay"just wait" like she was scolding an unruly child.There was one car ahead & one car behind me so maybe she felt overwhelmed & didn't have enough crew on staff that night,but holy moly to yell at a customer is entirely unacceptable.I sat & gave it some thought if I wanted my money going into this meanies paycheck & decided no,then drove off to give my money to a nearby competitor who was much nicer.

I cater from this location a couple of times a month. Order is always correct and on time.Today, I stopped by for lunch. The lovely ladies here are so friendly and professional! The food was amazing. New chilli crisp shrimp is amazing!Top notch service!!!

I'm not gonna lie, not having the food ready AT 9:00AM is extremely unprofessional, the cook was careless of his lateness. 9am when the restaurant opens NOT 15M AFTER. Still the customer service here is great. But the A.M. cook needs to BE ON TIME NOT 15M LATER!
