I have visited many panda express and service is always been great except this one location. I have never heard of water/soda empty cup is not allowed?? Both the service and manager refused to give a cup after spending $50 at this location.

Came to this location because my 90 year old mom was hungry. (we're Chinese) and she knows this company's reputation for good food from California. So this was our first time at this location and at first, we saw all Hispanics working, so we were hesitant. She ordered 2 side combo, I ordered 3. She has dentures and hard to chew food...but she had NO problem eating her chicken and noodles, because it was cooked perfectly! I had the 3 sides combo, and decided to try the shrimp & beef dish. WOW, it just looked and tasted awesome! I normally don't eat seafood but seeing it on the serving line was too hard to pass up glazed in some kind of red sauce. The shrimp was soft like melting in your mouth, beef was tender and not tough like some restaurants! Staff were very nice to all customers during the hectic lunch hour rush, cleaned the area constantly while taking food temps on the line. The cashier was crazy nice to my mom and me being very patient. Again, I recommend this location to everyone.

Per one order but went check out I just counted only 6 ea , I ask for service food but she say yes, 7 it s not!!! on so for Romaine noodles Very less I buy big portions just get less the panda express on Mildelmall. This s the second time. Verry good panda express on sahara and valley view.

Do not order from here. They give you super small amounts compared to other locations and they do not give you all your food if you order delivery. I was denied a refund and given the runaround. Straight thieves.

On June 6, 2025, I went to eat with my little sister, and the worker named Erika served us very kindly. She didn't mind if my sister changed her mind about the food, and she always treated us kindly, like everyone who worked there. The place is very comfortable and pleasant. Excellent service 👍🏼

The staff here are very professional alongside being very friendly.... Yesterday was myself and my son's second time going there and yet again was met with great customer service by the staff, and most importantly good, fresh and hot food.... I highly recommend this location if you want to experience what we experienced because things like this don't happen when you're talking about mall food. Not to mention, they were quick, and got everything accurate of what we ordered as well. 🤓🙏

So if you find yourself at Meadows Mall and getting a little hungry avoid this Panda express, I ordered a bigger plate with white rice and Bejing Beef, Orange Chicken. and one other, They were all overcooked with the beef to be almost the texture of rocks, The white rice was okay but the food court has taken a dive over the last few years, what used to be 17 or so food vendors has closed down to 3 or 5. And the food did not leave a good feeling in the stomach. will be avoiding this in the future.

No water cup ? I was told that the water was broken — dumb?? Told me to go to the water fountain. - finally got down the truth and he said it’s company policy… sad. A lie and then the greedy ridiculous truth. I paid for a 3 meat meal and can’t get a water cup. Done & done — if you can’t be honest than I am out

Ordered the.bowl with chow mein and shrimp the chow mein was all cabbage, taste burned and the shrimp dry inside. 2 hours before closing and they serve dry food and rushing to get u through the line. Other ppl in line missing a lot of food and complaining. Very sad, never had this experience here.
