Gave nice portions and has nice interior space.
Service has been terrible lately. I’ve been in at lunch and dinner a few times over the past week and walked out. They do take out orders before waiting on people in the store. This leads to running out of items. I waited 15 minutes after waiting to order and finally left with nothing. Go somewhere else that wants your walk-in business. This place doesn’t.
I just love this place. Can't beat the price.
The food was spectacular, but the service was terrible! This staff member gave me a rude look, making me feel offended because I didn’t even do anything! The atmosphere was okay, nothing wrong with it. The only con of this location is the staff. Overall I’d say it was a 4.5 star place. Recommend it if you like the American version of Chinese food.
Went to order food as a walk in on a Friday at 9:50 pm and they were out of chicken Chow-main. How, Why? And they didn’t offer to wait for them to cook some. Was my spot to get food, not anymore!
Nice for a change, usually something new to try. The price is just okay. Not too expensive, not a tremendous bargain either. Would recommend as an occasional treat.
Really nice workers, food very fresh.
FOOD WAS NOT READY ON TIME. FOOD WAS ICE COLD . And management did nothing about it.
Ordered a family meal through the app and got two orange chickens and Kung Pao Chicken instead of 1 orange chicken, 1 king pao and 1 Beijing beef. Unfortunately I didn’t check my order till I got home.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT COME HERE!
We ordered a family meal with extra entrées on the side, only to get home and realize our honey walnut shrimp was missing. Mind you, if you order this with a family meal, they still charge you an extra $4.50!
So, we had to drive all the way back just to be denied our missing food—their mistake, not ours! We waited 15 minutes while an employee reviewed the cameras. Yes, she checked the cameras! And yet, somehow, she still refused to acknowledge the mistake. Where did my shrimp go?
She took pictures, acted like she was investigating, but in the end, it was clear they were in the wrong. Why would we waste our time driving back if we weren’t missing anything? I have five kids at home waiting for dinner! My husband and mother even had to come down to show them the food boxes, and guess what? They packed chow mein instead of honey walnut shrimp!
So, to the employee who reviewed the cameras—check again, because YOU WERE WRONG! I don’t know what you were taking pictures of, but it definitely wasn’t my missing shrimp!
And this wasn’t an isolated incident. While I was there, three other customers also had their orders messed up. One even said, “This is the worst Panda Express ever,” and I completely agree!
When confronted, the worker simply said, “People make mistakes.” Well, three wrong orders in less than an hour isn’t a mistake—it’s a sign that this location desperately needs a correction plan!
This whole experience stole my time—time I can never get back with my family. Absolutely unacceptable! Get it together, THE WORST! NO STARS

So I go into the restaurant at 10:55 and they're open till 11:00 to get a meal of orange chicken.
They've already closed down their kitchen and have what scraps they have left over pushed into a corner and no orange chicken.
It is unacceptable to have a restaurant that it's open till 11:00 and you drive 10 minutes to go to their location just to find out that they're lazy ass staff have decided they want to go home early and have closed the kitchen down before 950, an hour and 10 minutes before you actually close and the fact that kitchen was clean mean they started much sooner than that which means they probably closed down their kitchen around 9:30.
I know full well in the restaurant industry if you're open till 11:00 they give you time after that to also clean You do not close down your restaurant an hour and 10 minutes before you're actually closed and then refuse to make food for paying customers everybody on that shift should be fired especially the manager who approved that the decision that should absolutely be fired.
I've already called the corporate office and I'll leave a review everywhere I can go where there's a better business bureau Yelp or here until they fire the manager who made that decision cuz that's not how you run a business That's how you go bankrupt.
On top of that the food that we did order they gave us such large portions wasting that stores food just because they didn't want to have to serve the next customer.
Ask somebody who's owned a business this is not how you run a business and that manager would not be somebody I would want running any store I'm affiliated with.
Love this location and you can’t beat the Family Meal that feeds 5! Regularly $42.00 but as low as $20.00! Food always fresh.
Went on Christmas Eve for dinner and although it took a bit to get our food, as some was readily available and some had to be made to order, the portions were large and flavor was good. Whole place was clean too. Would recommend.
They make the food very poorly, I don't recommend it 🤮

Found a piece of a wire brush in my food.
EDIT: Restraunt refused to provide a refund unless we brought the food back. Staff did not inquire about which item was contaminated so it could be removed and checked for safety.
