Horrible service, I stood there for 15 minutes waiting to order and the girl behind the counter was more concerned about online orders than the 5 people in line. So I just walked away. I’m never eating at Panda again.

Terrible. What happened to Panda? The food was so bad yesterday, I got the Chicken with Green Beans and it was 90% Green Beans. The Chow Mein was like straw and the lady taking the order was rude and impatient. And for all that I got very sick from the food.

I've eaten at this Panda Express on more than one occasion, and normally it's pretty good. Today was a bad day. Service was just not friendly, made me feel not welcomed. I had to actually order extra meat because there was not enough and I had to wait for the fresh honey sesame chicken. This location is very clean.There's plenty parking and normally you're in and out within fifteen minutes. Will I return to this location? Maybe not. Will I return to panda express definitely so

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for years. I like panda on occasion when it’s my day off and I’m out running errands. The staff is rude here. I’m not sure what it is about the employees but they’re rude to every customer. I dined in and watched it for myself for about a half hour or so. The customers are usually very pleasant and the staff just has no customer service. Food on the other hand isn’t bad. Not great for you but not a bad lunch if you’re in a pinch.

The food was horrible, although this panda is usually good, and I’ve had a ton of good experiences here. I noticed one of the male cooks mixing old Chow mein with fresh chow mein and he did the same with the fried rice. Judging by the quality of the meat I would say they were probably doing the same for all the other food as well. Idk if this is Panda policy or if this is one worker trying a life hack but old food is horrible when you’re paying for it. I won’t swear this panda off yet but if you see those cooks mixing old food with fresh food I would walk out.

At first I was disgusted with the lady who took my order … she couldn’t speak and had an attitude…. But Austin hooked it up and took care of us with exceptional customer service much appreciated Austin!!!! Give the man a raise definitely deserved!!!

Please have employees wear hair nets. When did they get rid of this requirement, because when I worked for Panda, it was a requirement. I found hair in my chow mein & it was 100% not mine 🤢 customer service was good and the food was not the best panda I've tried and didn't taste that fresh.

Service has been terrible lately. I’ve been in at lunch and dinner a few times over the past week and walked out. They do take out orders before waiting on people in the store. This leads to running out of items. I waited 15 minutes after waiting to order and finally left with nothing. Go somewhere else that wants your walk-in business. This place doesn’t.
