Have gotten sick at this location twice with slimy chicken, crunchy rice undercooked food, which is not prepare properly if you don’t want to get sick, don’t eat here

Waited almost 20 min in line while 1 person tried to do everything. Two managers in black shirts just watched us all in line. 12 in total. Finally get to order and are told we can’t do a sample of the new Bourbon Chicken and it’s another 20 min wait for teriyaki chicken. This location has never prioritized customer service. It’s been 2 years since we had our last bad experience here and will never be back. I’m to the point of never eating panda with my family again.

Horrible service. Was told to park when going through the drive thru to get my food and then they said it will be 4 minutes and brought out to me. I sat for 15 minutes and had to go in the restaurant to get my food. They were not busy, one person eating at a table and one person placing an order. Smh get it together

The amount of veggies on the chow main is getting ridiculous, I even got a medium side of it just to get more noodles on my meal but it wasn't any better. Looks like they are now using 3 pounds of vegetables for every 8 ounces of noodles ???

Amazing the % of time you walk into this store & they’re out of many or most items. Staff often have attitude & leave people hanging standing there for minutes while one employee is preparing drive-thru or online orders. Other staff around but not helping customers in the store in front of them.
