The only complaint I have is that its always way to cold in there. Other than thats its great. They went out of their way when I went in tonight. They had the honey walnut shrip behind the chow main and I am very allergic to walnuts and I asked are they sure nothing fell in and they told me no. Without me asking the girl said that they can make a fresh batch of chow main for me. She said it would be a few minutes. No problem. So yes they made fresh chow main.

I went in tonight and they we're pretty busy. But still got the Best customer service from Eduardo the store manager and the entire staff. The store was very cleaned and smelled really good inside. I was acknowledge by the counter staff name Jasmine and she was so friendly and had amazing smile in though they were pretty hectic inside with customers. After receiving my food, I ate my dinner there and Eduardo proceeded to acknowledge me and asked if I was doing okay, which it's rare to receive that on a fast food chain and that made me feel really important and happy. Keep up the amazing spirit Panda Express staff.

I went to Panda Express tonight! They made my favorite, the stringbean chicken. We had to wait a few minutes for our food but they were very nice about it. Eduardo the manager brought our food out and apologized profusely for the wait (which was only a few minutes) but he went above and beyond and made sure we had everything we needed in the bag. Food was amazing and fresh. This location always has excellent customer service and great quality food! Thank you Eduardo!! :)

No a whole lot to say. Food is awesome good, only problem is they serve a meager amount of for what is being paid very small portions and still have the audacity to ask if we would like to donate which i don't have problem with .

Let's talk about WHY when going through the drive through, the young Hispanic lady takes your debit card to the back cash register? When there's one RIGHT in front where we can see them using our debit card. Because of this today I felt extremely uncomfortable I decided not to come to this Panda Express again that's for sure. And I canceled out my debit card because I did not feel it was okay for her to take my debit card to the back and disappeared for so long and then come back without a receipt I actually ask for one 🙄😮💨 food was good!

Have gotten sick at this location twice with slimy chicken, crunchy rice undercooked food, which is not prepare properly if you don’t want to get sick, don’t eat here

Waited almost 20 min in line while 1 person tried to do everything. Two managers in black shirts just watched us all in line. 12 in total. Finally get to order and are told we can’t do a sample of the new Bourbon Chicken and it’s another 20 min wait for teriyaki chicken. This location has never prioritized customer service. It’s been 2 years since we had our last bad experience here and will never be back. I’m to the point of never eating panda with my family again.
