Although the Service, Employees, Staff are Excellent … Always Always Very Limited Choices I usually have to DBL the broccoli beef there’s never chicken mushroom or teriyaki chicken ready … also the noodles usually always old and overcooked I’ve tried Breakfast - 10:15 only 2 selections … lunch maybe 3 forced selections … same with dinner

I’m in Vegas visiting my son . Been here 3x over the last week and each time the employees and the food have been top notch. Everyone every time greets quickly and warmly with a smile . The dining room is clean and the servings are enormous and fresh. 5 stars all the way around . Location: Spring Mountain & Rainbow

Lady on shift took care of me after explaining issue so I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 also my food was prepped great and I got my drink for free for the inconvenience But I waited an order after ordering delivery for the delivery driver to call me saying the order never came through on their end! They also stated that the employee said this happens frequently which emasculation door dash paying drivers to pick up from there when their system isn’t even picking up the orders which is a waste of door dashes money. They advised to cancel the order and reorder I am pregnant and couldn’t wait any longer I was starving. I also have to wait for my $25 refund 7-10 days so now I had no more money on my card to order again! So at the end of the day I had to drive to the store place my order and spend cash so now I’m out $50. This is my first time ever ordering delivery from panda and I know now to never do it again.

They have a pattern and practice of which customers get greeted at the door and which ones don't. They messed up my order heavily. I didn't realize until I got home. I ended up going there again for someone else, the employees remembered they messed up my order -- gave me an apology, still charged me full price for the new order I was there to pick up. I won't go back.
This Panda Express has downgrade big time. Wrong orders,over charge for the wrong item. The cashier that was on today's shift 9.5.2024 gave an attitude and forgot the fortune cookies. Not a big deal, but will be taking my business elsewhere.

The only thing I care is about hygiene.one of the cooks in the back had no gloves on and shacking the salad with his bare hands. I did buy food. Since it wasn’t the batch on display
