Rude service. Cashier was ignoring my family and I when we first walked in due to her doing an online order. Seems like she didn't want to help us. My husband walked up and said he had a coupon for a buy one get one free bowl. She ignored him and tried to get some else to take our order but than the other person said they couldn't so she got upset she had to take our order. She than asked how can she help us with a poor tone. Since my husband already told her the first time he had a coupon he thought she was paying attention. He said can I get the bowl that he was talking about. She than said what bowl making him repeat himself as soon as she made the bowl she comes up with ohh we can't use thay coupon here. So basically she made us waste a bowl. If she would of actually listened to my husband when he said he had a coupon she could of found out that it wasn't valid there and we wouldn't have had her make a bowl for nothing. However Cashier was stuck on how she can avoid on not helping us in the beginning. Never coming here again. I rather go to the one on Tropicana.

The food was old, i had to ask for fresh vegetables, but the lady brook gave me an attitude and started messing up with my order. She didn't listen to me, and I constantly repeated my order. The cashier was distracted, didn't offer a drink, no fortune cookies, not even a thank you for coming. The manager was there but never saw any interest in correcting these issues. Never coming back.

I go to this location often at about 8ish and man the staff work hard and have good team work and are always making fresh stuff due to it being gone. They are still an amazing crew. Even when they messed up an order by one item they fixed it fast and got me out of there. . One of my favorite locations.

Went to this place at 8:30 pm and the doors were locked. Yet it was still open around this time at night. Even the hours said to 10:30 pm. Nobody would open the door, so I left. The swing crew is extremely unprofessional.

I hate this Panda Express. It's 1 min from my house and portions are the worst in Vegas. I came here for my kids school fundraiser and lo and behold. My daughter has flier in hand but guess what they didn't credit the school 20%. We went back they said it was too late. Id rather drive 5 to 10 minutes to the next panda express rather than eat here ever again. It just gets worse food extra salty just like I am and no ice for the soda machines. I had to add that.
