I was just there and ordered a bowl with half the rice because I can't eat a ton. I had to wait more than 10 min for fried rice which is totally fine. However, the service was very much lacking.
When they went to charge me, they were charging me for items I didn't get. If I didn't catch it, I would have paid for it. Also, when I finally got my bowl, I could tell it was loaded with rice.. I asked them to make sure it was light rice and they bold face lied to me telling me that there was very little rice.
I got hime and opened the bowl and it was practically filled to the top with rice and had very little chicken. Also, the rice was burned black.
I am very disappointed in this encounter tonight. The food quality and service could have been far better.

I normally order online but they were close to closing so i went in and ordered in the store. All the staff were nice - they were out of the new singapore shrimp but made a fresh order for me -plus JUANITA discounted an order of walnut shrimp which i appreciated. I was pleased! Great experience, food was good highly recommend this location!

Never will I come to this location again. I was waiting for my order to be made patiently, I noticed the manager Asian young lady on the evening shift, was greeting others around me who were waiting for their food offering them drinks and appetizers while they waited. I was waiting for 17 minutes and not once did she greet me. Once I finally got my food the person next to me she offered appetizers to and I finally said something on how selective she was on her customer services and it was truly disheartening. Her response was he was here for 30 mins and I asked her about all the others before him that came and went and she had no response. That was not cool. Of course there was no sympathy.. I’m African American and she never even asked me once if I needed anything nor told me the status on my food while she served others around me

Food Their chicken is 30% meat 70% flour. Good taste for people who doesn't cook. Their worker are very unhelpful and rude too. Me and my wife asked for the code in their restroom but she just keep on repeating to me the code number as if i don't understand english language did not even bother to offer any help. There are 2 nice looking restroom with which is useless you cant open coz the code is mess up. Not happy and not coming back

Today I went with my family at noon and when we got to the front of the line we were served by a STHEPANIE, she is super rude and has a bad attitude, she yelled at me because I asked for vegetables (in Spanish) and even though I spoke in English afterwards she continued yelling and with her bad attitude! The other girls were very nice, she should learn from the other employees and not be so despotic, she is supposed to give good customer service, right???

Just ordered for pickup and multiple items were missing from my food but now I am too far away to make it worth it to go back. My advice is if you order for pickup check your food because they basically ripped me off by leaving out multiple items I ordered. Not cool.
