Just ordered for pickup and multiple items were missing from my food but now I am too far away to make it worth it to go back. My advice is if you order for pickup check your food because they basically ripped me off by leaving out multiple items I ordered. Not cool.

Quick and convenient. The online ordering was simple and ready in just a few minutes. The food, fantastic and well portioned. Came fresh which is best. Thanks for making it easy to get a quick meal.

We have ordered several times off DoorDash from this location, the last three times we have ordered they sent our order out with missing an entire entree. How do you NOT fill a whole side of the plate???
I was there on 1/5 around 4 pm in the late afternoon and woman named Joy was behind the cashier, she was not the one who made my plate. Wow. Maybe she was having a bad day but talk about zero customer service and zero on friendliness. Later asked to go to the restroom and still the same. Maybe do a job that doesn’t deal with the public?

Let me start by saying it hurts me to write a negative review on Panda Express. I am Panda Express fanatic I love the food and it never gets old. But this location has snubbed me 3 times now on portions when it comes the family meal 3 large entrees and 2 large sides they have no problem filling your 2 sides to the top obviously rice and noodles but when it comes to the entree they don’t fill it to the top it’s defeats the purpose of paying nearly $40 for more food when you actually get less portion for your dollar. Food is amazing as usual but what’s the point of raising prices but the quantity is less! I have gotten two entree plates from here as well with only 6 pieces of orange chicken literally and no meat just vegetables in my Kong Pau Chicken! I don’t pay to eat just rice and noodles I pay for the savory taste of the meat but what’s the point of eating here if you literally get fed portions of a toddler I am beyond disappointed with this because at first I thought ok maybe it’s a mistake not after my last visit with the same result this is my last time eating at Panda Express.

I'm a regular to Panda Express and believe me, I know that it is a lucky day when a Panda Express customer receives a food container (dinner plate or side container) filled to a fair reasonable amount !!!
Because it's Rare...
I know for a fact servers are taught that scooping and placing the food item they choose in the portion area and if they happen to serve the exact portion wedge to anybody else would be called the right portion or God forbid the portion is the right size and happen to have a couple extra pieces of vegetable or meat that happened to be stuck in the portion scooper, it is considered a serious issue and I was told offense. So the rules and philosophy that is taught to employees is it's better to skimp out on the portion size to a customer then giving customers an extra piece of broccoli or beef. I even had one of your servers open my box back up and dugout three or four pieces of food and placed it into another customers entree box. It was so he could finish off a order after me and he amazingly explained- (truthfully he didn't have to, I witnessed it all this myself) -that before I was served the manager told him that there was two servings amount left in the hot chafing pan. So I already was annoyed that he didn't just give me the whole portion because it didn't even fill up the little area that one of the entree portion it's supposed to fit into.
"FIRST OF ALL,, I have worked front and back of the house in the restaurant industry. I understand difficult customers, figure this gestapo portion control and end it.
Thank you for your time.-Lucas DeSimas

I always have a hard time with some of the regular workers and the shift leaders. The managers are great and accommodating especially Charlize. I get smaller pieces of orange chicken because I can’t eat the big ones. And the managers are good and find me the right ones. But the regular workers and shift leaders always give me the hardest time about it. I don’t get why. I don’t demand it but ask nicely. And they just get an attitude about it. I also try to go when it’s not busy. So they don’t have to be mad about that too. I would have put a lower star but Charlize is the reason why it’s a 4 star.

So very disappointed, we order food through door dash and when we open the bag there was no sauces at all not even soy sauce, no utensils and on top of that 5 sad pieces of sesame seed chicken, like come on. This location is by far the worst one because this hasn't been the only time. We never had issues with any other location just this one
I treated myself dined in and meet some good people while I was there
