I always like panda express. Prices here better than you’ll find at the overpriced hotels across the street.

Apparently they have a “new policy” where they charge you for a water cup lol. Well I have a “new policy” of never eating here again.

Imagine dropping $15 on greasy orange chicken only to be told you’ve got to cough up another dollar for a tiny cup of water—in Las Vegas heat no less. Yep, that’s this Panda Express location.

The place is dirty, dimly lit, and depressing—like they’re actively trying to ruin your appetite. Charging for water when it’s over 100 degrees outside….If you’re going to nickel-and-dime customers over the most basic necessity, at least keep the restaurant clean and bright enough that we can see what we’re paying for.

Do yourself a favor—skip this location unless and take it to a location that cares more for its customers.

If the establishment is supposed to open at 9:30 AM and the doors are still locked at 9:35 thats poor management and poor customer service. Some of us are working and we're on a schedule. We gotta get our lunch and go with no time to waste. It's infuriating to go somewhere thats supposed to be open and it isn't especially when you can see the employees inside talking.

6 days later : It's 9.40 in the morning and I stopped by on my 30 minute lunch break ro grab some food and take it back to the shop and ONCE AGAIN the doors are closed when they supposedly open at 9:30 AM. This place needs new management cuz they suck. I'm going somewhere else from now on. If there was a zero star option I'd use it.

Horrible customer service !! The cashier girl treated us in a horrible way ! She was so rude l! I got an order for my family for $57.76 and I asked for a water cup for my daughter she was like I didnt charge you for that !! What the hell is that ??
Also I asked her for extra steak she said ok but it will be $5 more I said thats fine so she exactly put 3 small pieces of meat I was like how is that ?? They were like it’s only 3-4 pieces for $5 !!!
That is garbage !!!! Never again !
My visit was on July 20th at 4:28 pm and my receipt thats if anyone cares

The staff is super friendly, the food is excellent, the portions are good. The restaurant is very clean. This the best Panda Express on the strip. We feel good in this restaurant ! Thank you

Bought an order on mobile app for egg rolls and crabmeat Rangoon only the egg rolls were in the bag - I called 8 times no one picks up and it was dead when I was there - no excuse for this breakdown on customer service if there's a phone number when I call for issues and no one is going to answer the don't have it!

Be aware of who serves food and charging you duble times as well as stealing the portion food unfortunately.
