I had been to un Panda Express in decades and now I remember why. Worse « Chinese cuisine « ever. The chicken rolls I ordered had a strange flavour, the rice was hard, cold and with no flavour . The Lo-mai noodles were unevenly cooked or rewarmed and also unflavoured. The service was nice for a fast food restaurant. I don’t know how Panda Express survives, perhaps because of low prices ? The decor and general ambiance need no mention. Even McDonald’s is better.

Our visit was at 8 pm, they mixed old with fresh food. The fried rice appeared to fresh, but it was old. The girl sever stated they were not making any fresh food. I thought this chained cared about there customer base, I think there needs to be a teaching moment. (Update) my wife left a complaint survey and there has been no reply, maybe this ok for them.

Great location as it’s walking distance from an outlet mall or a quick meal before going to the airport. Food is good and service is as expected just their other locations. Parking is plentiful. Place is clean and well maintained.

I visited this Panda Express on October 21st around 10:15 AM, and I was honestly shocked by how rude and disrespectful one of the employees was. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional and unkind tone from a staff member at any Panda Express before.
Normally, I love Panda Express—the food, the service, and the friendly atmosphere are usually great. But this particular encounter was truly disappointing and left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue, because experiences like this don’t reflect the quality and values that Panda Express is known for!
Worst experience in a Panda Express in my life after getting 2 mobile orders today. Took us 20 minutes to get our food because they didn't want to give us our orders. Told them that we're tourists and that this is why the app wasn't working they had the biggest attitude.

went in drive through ordered a plate with orange chicken first off the chow main was nasty and hard they didn’t even give me orange chicken how hard is it to turn around and scoop something and remember what your doing wasted money on there over priced food do better panda
