Went at 10:20 and was being told that the only had four menu items and were not cooking anymore even though they close at 11pm.
If you have the pleasure to be helped by Ozcar I highly recommend it. Very pleasant and just a friendly smile. Made my day that much better! Thank you (:
Staff at drive through window doesn’t speak English. Took 30 min in the drive through to get food and only 2 cars in front of us! Horrible. Didn’t have entrées that are advertised ready. Don’t go here if you are in a hurry.
A last minute dinner choice; the food looked like it was sitting for a while. The line server was rude and annoyed. She went to serve me small portions. I felt rushed by her.
Let alone the restaurant was empty. That is not how customer service won't be coming here again.

Go to North Durango/215 location instead, much much better.
It's not a great location. Was given fried rice when we ordered white rice. Employee refused to exchange, saying she heard fried rice, so it's our problem. Very classy customer service here.
My beef and broccoli had literally 3 slivers of beef :(

This location forgot an entire entree for
my plate yet I was still charged. $17 for 6 pieces of chicken. I’ll probably never come back here or to Panda in general.

I am honestly shocked by some of these reviews. I have went to this location 4 times, 3 deliveries and one in person pickup. All times, the food has been hot, fresh and tasty. The one time I picked up in person a couple months back, I couldn’t believe how clean it was and when I stepped into the restaurant, literally everyone in the back raised their heads and greeted me in. They were very prompt and friendly and I have never had issues getting extra sauces like one review commented.
All it takes is asking politely and not acting annoyed if you actually want more sauce. These people don’t get paid enough to deal with your crappy attitude. I’m sure it’s company policy that if you ask for more, they only initially give you one more of said sauce but if you ask for a specific amount, I’m sure it would be no issue and the employee would happily oblige (as long as you’re not being a jerk). 5 out of 5 for me. Oh, and portions are plenty. Some people should consider portion control.

My family and I like to come to this Panda! Not only for the food but also for the attention of the girls at the counter, they are very kind, helpful, friendly and above all very patient!

Done dealing with this location, the employees here are so stingy and rude. My order was messed up on my lunch break I had to come back to the store and pick up my missing item, called before I came spoke with a manager asked if I could have an additional item for the inconvenience of them forgetting my food she said “sure you can have a bowl” I said oh great they will give me a bowl for my troubles.
Got there 10 minutes later ordered a bowl and my missing item she informs me I will have to pay the difference for the extra item because she is only giving me free rice.
Held the drive thru line up for 5 minutes.
I called spoke with the store manager he apologized and was very nice offered me to come in for a bowl for the inconvenience.
I come in the next day for my bowl, they wrote my name down and everything.
Employee at the drive thru window is giving me attitude saying “he only wrote you down for a side not a bowl” I said that is not true he promised me a bowl, he must have forgot to update it to a bowl.
She (Nataly) proceeded to roll her eyes get pissed at me (same thing the other manager did to me)
I had to beg the other manager that I was indeed promised a bowl from the store manager just yesterday.
Nataly tells me the store manager dosnt work there anymore. I said that’s weird cause I just talked to him yesterday.
Why do employees think they own Panda Express? Not only was I embarrassed two days in a row, this all happened while working from home on my lunch break dealing with people who take their jobs wayyyyy wayyy too seriously.
Been coming to Panda Express on centennial for 4 years. And I am done with this location.
Absolutely rude employee Nataly with a red shirt treated me absolutely terrible for a meal I was supposed to receive for the other manager treating me terrible the day before.
Stingy, unprofessional and think they are a gang of some sort or this is high school.
I’ve never seen employees investigate a customer getting a promised free meal before.
They called the manager on his cell phone to ask, did not believe me when I told them he had forgot to write me down for a bowl instead of string bean chicken.
Ridiculous and unprofessional.
Thank you to the store manager for helping me out, thank you to the manager working 09/07/24 4:55pm she corrected the employees mistakes.
But employees should not be dealing with customers who have called an had issues especially if they have absolutely no customer service.
Some might say I’m being a Karen and petty but what’s wrong is wrong and what’s right is right. Integrity and Customer service should be first not being the police of chicken.
Never order the broccoli "beef" as it is a consistent ripoff.
The plate shown below is a side of broccoli and beef, and what's shown is exactly the amount of beef found among the huge chunks of hard broccoli.
Unfortunately, this is another one of my go-to restaurants that continues to decrease portions, service, and quality while simultaneously raising prices.
