Is there a reason why this “restaurant” refuses to give you sauces on your DoorDash orders?! This is our 4th and last time ordering from here and getting little to NONE of the sauces ordered. I even OVER shot the sauces on this order tonight, thinking they’d land where we wanted them, and still, they couldn’t get it right. How th do you not give teriyaki sauce for chicken teriyaki orders???!! Unbelievable.

I did a pick up order and this location that is new to me. My bowl came with Super Greens, Mushroom Chx, and white rice.
The greens were brown and had a bad smell to them. Can not believe that they decided to still give out spoiled greens way past their date.

Went in as I do, I frequent this location every once in a while and have never ever had a problem. However today I had the most horrible experience. When they did not have some items my partner liked, we asked if they planned on making anything fresh. They basically said “if it is empty we won’t remake it”
The most dumb answer I have ever heard. And i had to leave. Will have to go to In N Out or something else from now on because that was quite ridiculous. 0/10 for the manager that was there.

Through their drive-thru, they always mess up the order somehow by forgetting an item here. Last time, they failed to give us one of the entrees.

Very slow service... they were ill prepared for the lunch rush. Seemed they were overwhelmed both in the kitchen hen and at the front counter. Skipped on the portion servings a lot compared to what is served at location, presumably to give the kitchen a break on cooking.

Horrible service. They were rushing me to order and talking over me in the drive thru. Had to remind them of my drink. The Asian lady at the window closed the window and was trying to wave me off without giving me my drink. Then I ordered 3 servings of teriyaki chicken and she didn’t give me any teriyaki sauce or ask if I needed any sauce. I asked for sauce and she gives me 1 packet as if I’m supposed to spread that among all 3 servings for different people. I asked for more and she gives me another 1 sauce. So when I looked at her crazy she says “oh you want more?” I had to stop myself from cursing her out. Will NEVER go to this location EVER again.

Staff at drive through window doesn’t speak English. Took 30 min in the drive through to get food and only 2 cars in front of us! Horrible. Didn’t have entrées that are advertised ready. Don’t go here if you are in a hurry.
A last minute dinner choice; the food looked like it was sitting for a while. The line server was rude and annoyed. She went to serve me small portions. I felt rushed by her.
Let alone the restaurant was empty. That is not how customer service won't be coming here again.

Go to North Durango/215 location instead, much much better.
It's not a great location. Was given fried rice when we ordered white rice. Employee refused to exchange, saying she heard fried rice, so it's our problem. Very classy customer service here.
