This one star is beacuse of the worker Emily G. Very rude and lazy. It's not people's fault they asking questions about the food. She rolled the eyes on me when I asked her do they have a veggie spring roll. Very slow too. No washing hands but she touched the food too with her hands. Disgusting.

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this branch is consistently disappointing. Even when I order ahead, my food is never ready on time - I still end up waiting a long time. They also often mess up my order, which is frustrating. It really feels like they’re short-staffed and need more employees to keep up with demand. Hopefully management can improve service here.

Absolutely, the worst service i've ever had at panda express.
Not only did I have to make the twenty five minutes on my lunch break for my meal.I also had to wait for other people online to cut ahead of me as my box was put on the last of the line.
No food prepared for a rush on a lunchtime rush.
It wasn't even able to eat my lunch due to the time consuming that it took for panda to get me food.That's supposed to be prepared before.

Ordered on line at this location. On line said it would be ready at noon. Went at noon and waited another 24 minutes. Staff was very apologetic. Panda corp needs to fix online order expected time.

I’ve never left a review in my life, but today’s experience at Panda Express was so frustrating I have no choice.

I walked in expecting a simple meal — nothing fancy, just what I paid for. Instead, I was given one tiny scoop of an entrée like it was a free sample at Costco. I asked the worker if that was seriously supposed to be one full serving and instead of fixing it, they straight up argued with me about it. Argued. With. Me. As if I haven’t eaten here dozens of times and know what a full serving looks like.

I’m not stupid. I know when I’m being shorted. And the fact that they acted like I was the problem — like I was trying to scam them out of some orange chicken — is insulting. I wasn’t even asking for anything extra, just the damn portion I paid for.

The attitude I got back was unprofessional and borderline disrespectful. No apology, no correction, nothing. Just defensive nonsense and a whole lot of side-eye.

If your staff is this stingy and combative over rice and chicken, then you’ve officially lost a customer. I work hard for my money and I’m not about to get gaslit over fast food. Do better.

Then Kiana the staff member insisted on arguing over the phone instead of assisting or finding a solution for a disgruntled customer

I've been going for years. This is my first disappointment. Went in 1145 am ,on May 25. Hardly, any food. Lady who served me, didn't offer to have any made. I had a small chow mein. That's it.

The Panda Express at the DTS location is hands down the worst I've ever experienced. I ordered chow mein and was shocked to find zero noodles in the box—just a sad pile of cabbage and onions, which is completely unacceptable. It’s literally in the name: chow mein. To make things worse, the staff was dismissive and rude when I pointed it out, and the management clearly didn’t care, brushing off the complaint like it was no big deal. If you're looking for decent service or even just the food you actually paid for, steer clear of this place. Overall rating -8/10

This is the dirtiest panda express I've ever seen. The management not must give a crap because there is trash filling all the trash cans, crumbs like they haven't swept in a month and there's Mats sitting where people are supposed to sit. There was hair on the seat I was trying to sit. Its a complete disaster. Go to a different panda express. The food also wasn't great.

This location is consistently horrible, they're always short on food and the manager's attitude is pretty outrageous. I order my plate and was told that all I had to wait was three minutes for the food 15 minutes later I get no food and when I ask the manager could I please get my food she said it's going to be another 10 to 15 minutes. So I look around in the trays trying to get some food anything at all so I can just eat and get back to work there was nothing except rice chow mein vegetables and orange chicken. So I settled on whatever they had available and was served a half empty box of food. Good job Panda Express
