I recently placed an order at this Panda Express, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly disappointed. First off, I waited about 25 minutes for my order, which completely defeats the purpose of the “Express” in their name. During that time, at least 10–15 other customers ordered and received their food before me—definitely not the fast, efficient service I was expecting.
When I finally got home, I discovered that several items were missing from my order. Rather than heading back to the restaurant, I decided to call and explain the issue. However, to my frustration, they refused to issue a refund or charge my card back for the missing items. That’s poor customer service at its worst.
I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

We got uber eats from this place. The chow mein was all steamed onions/celery no noodles. The beef and broccoli had zero beef in it. This was for all 3 orders.

’ve given this Panda Express location three chances, and unfortunately, it’s been a disappointment every time. The food consistently tastes like it’s been sitting out all day. The meats are incredibly dry and lack any flavor – nothing close to what Panda Express usually offers. It seems like freshness isn’t a priority here, which is really disappointing. Would not recommend this location if you’re looking for a good meal.

My family eats at Panda Express' all over the world. This by far has got to be the worst Panda Express that I've ever eaten at or experienced in my entire life. I can't believe that this place is still open and that the franchise owners still allow this place to operate under the name of panda express. This store gives Panda Express a black eye and a bad name for anybody that's ever experienced panda express.
I'm not even sure where to begin but let's start. I've been to this location a couple times before I decided I would never ever step foot back in it again. The main reason is that there's always a long line. Well you think that would sound great because some Panda expresses have a long line but this one has a long line for the wrong reason.
The main reason this one has a long line is that they do not cook all the food and have it waiting for the customers to choose like all other panda expresses. One of the main reasons that I choose Panda Express is because I can get in and out quickly with exactly the food that I want without having to wait for somebody to cook it for me. Well that's not the status quo in this particular place, almost all food has to be cooked to order it will not be cooked in bulk and then served to the customers.
At first I thought this phenomenon was basically because it was close to the end of the night and they didn't want to have a lot of food waste, which I can understand. But now I've been there several times and it's like that every single time I go regardless of whether I go for lunch or for dinner or what time I go, they still don't have their food dishes full and they still require you to al-a-cart order. I
On one occasion I spoke with the manager and told him that this was not normal and that I was not happy or satisfied. He gave me nothing but attitude and argued with me that they do it the way everybody else does it and that I was just not a good customer. I'm paraphrasing the conversation but it pissed me off, really bad. This guy, whoever he was has no business ever being a manager in the customer service world.
The restaurant itself is beautiful it's one of the nicer ones that I've ever been into so the atmosphere was great. However the people that eat there are seriously underserved by the philosophy of Panda Express and how it serves food.
Panda Express has a good business model, you get hot fresh food without having to have your order individually made. This makes it simple for people like me, a father of 2 children, that needs to get in and out quickly but needs to have a variety of what to choose from my children. Due to how horribly this Panda Express has been operated we found another Panda Express several miles away and choose to go there driving more miles to get to a different Panda Express than ever experience the anxiety frustration or anxt that goes along with eating at this particular Panda Express.
Whatever the attitude I don't know if it comes from the owners or just management but it is permeated through the every employee in that place. I can't have a conversation with any of them about the fact that I don't want to choose a la carte I want to choose something that is in their bowls and it's freshly made however. There is hardly ever any food in those bowls and the food that is in there is old it looks like it's sat there forever and just gotten overcooked.
I have a plea to franchise operations. This franchise is doing a horrible disservice to the Panda Express name and organization. You need to have your franchise compliance people get into the store and make some changes immediately you're losing a lot of business and you're pissing off a lot of customers which is not good. Any customer that has never been to Panda Express and this is their first experience would probably never go back. I hope you can figure out what's happening fix it and ma

It’s so disappointing to pay top dollar for something , $11.05 to be exact, & rice that is so cheap, the guy could only fill the bowl to the middle of the container ! He gave me a kids portion …how cheap to do that to your customers , bc I’m still hungry! You expect to get full…you definitely don’t get what you pay for! I won’t be going there again…
Google , make it an option to be able to post photos, bc I wanted everyone to see my kids portion of rice !

First thing I noticed when I came in. There was a really loud annoying ladies yelling over everybody. I went to grab napkins and a fork. The floor was so sticky... Then I got to the food.My first bite was terrible. The chow mein was unedible. The Fried Rice was Superdry. Orange Chicken was mostly breading. And only a few pieces of chicken in the kung pao... Avoid this place!!

Service was a little slow but the food was great. I stopped by to pick up dinner for the family on a Wednesday evening and there were only three or four employees working. With two cooks and a cashier, this left one poor woman alone on the serving line to fill everyone’s orders. She was a trooper but it still took a bit longer than usual to get through the line. This location has more of a lunch vibe to it so I imagine they’re staffed better during lunch hour.

Favi is a valuable asset to your company and deserves a raise! Thank you for serving us when you could have easily turned us away for coming in while the staff was closing the store.

Came slightly after lunch rush on the weekend and everything was kind of dry as if it was sitting for too long. I was a little surprised as I was expecting the food to rotate a bit more for freshness.
On the plus side, service was really friendly and up beat. Would come again, but maybe try for a busier time to hopefully get fresher food.
