I was very shocked with the freshness and quality of this location! Best Panda Express I’ve ever had. I even spoke to the chef to compliment his work. Jayden is amazing and takes pride in his cooking. The flavor was on point!!
Went there about an hour ago. The ladies serving we're rushing us and it there wasn't a line. It was off putting. I ordered teriyaki chicken and didn't even get teriyaki sauce. I wasn't aware you now have to specify you want the sauce when you order the chicken. It was definitely not a great experience and since I was sauceless it wasn't very tasty. Panda has definitely gone downhill in service and taste since the last time I had it.

I’ve never had an issue with online ordering until tonight, I work near by and wanted something quick and hot for lunch so I ordered ahead for 9. Rushed in my lunch and made it back to my break room only to see a third of my chowmein missing, and almost no beef in my beef and broccoli. And after reading the receipt, my order was cold because they made my order about ten minutes earlier than the time I put down. I usually can’t finish a bowl by myself but I somehow completely finished the plate I got only because I wanted extra food for tomorrow. Wont be ordering online again unfortunately. Also want to note that it was not busy at all, which i would be much more understanding of the situation if it was.

The staff here is very rude, disrespectful and lack professionalism. No one gave me any eye contact when I talk or asked something I didn’t get an answer. I just said what I wanted and then took my plate to the register I stood in the sides section for a few min because she started helping someone else without finish helping me. From the beginning to the middle to the end because the cashier was the same way. I’m holding my daughter and looking to make sure I have everything in my bag. And she started checking someone else while I’m still standing there.

This is the place by my house and the food is always good here. Looks good tastes good. The restaurant portion is usually always clean and today we had the pleasure of Blanca helping us and she was very pleasant accompanied by great customer service! Thank you Blanca for a good experience to start our day off with :)
Really like this Panda location. Most often if we come and ask for stuff fresh, they have no issues. Service is fast and efficient. I believe that their names were Nyah and Magali. They were great and I really appreciate their service.

The Service was quick and friendly. There were not a lot of options as everything was being made fresh; however, I was offered a complimentary beverage for the wait time. The wait time was less than 5 minutes, not bad!
Edit my review, unfortunately my teriyaki chicken was under cooked causing stomach aches.
came at 1030pm, store closes at 11pm, doors were locked so no customers could enter? had to have an employee come and unlock it for me and made me feel as if i was a burden to them for coming and purchasing food? forgot a fork and tried to come back in, door was locked again, so i just left. customers shouldn’t have to ask to be let in half an hour before closing ??

poor service and the freshly made rice tasted old too, it was super crumbly and barely had any vegetables. we waited 10 mins for fresh rice because they ran out, but looks like they rushed it because the quality was so bad.

As long as you don't get food out of a tray that's almost empty most of the items are very good . The food is consistent and the prices are reasonable. It's the best deal when you consider getting a taste of two entres and some rice. However you won't have too much leftovers but very satisfying.

Giving the 4 stars for service because they periodically run out of entrees/sides and you need to wait 5 minutes for them to cook (which shouldn’t happen if the front is being managed properly.)

This panda location is managed poorly and team members are non existent. I arrived to grab some food and all team members were huddled by the soda machine. No one greeted and they argued who would help the customer in the lobby. Finally a girl came towards the customers and then walked back and disappeared. Finally they got done talking at the soda machine and went back to their stations. Mikayla T the team member who helped me ignored me and helped the other customer who was clearly after me. I saw her walk from the soda machine, take orders, and use the register all at once without ever washing her hands. This location does not meet the panda express standards.
