I like to buy the family pack which is now $10 more dollars now before before it was 30 and now it's $40 and the boxes are small but they have the best orange chicken and chow mein

My fiance and I dealt with the manager Maria whose attitude and customer service was terrible. I called prior due to my order being incorrect and was told to bring in the receipt and they would replace my food. Once I arrived she viewed the receipt and began to state that it wasn't there responsibitly and question as if we hadn't called, verified and been told to grab the meal . She started to get rude taking other customers in front of us and walking off. She finally came back one last time and said she was not goin to honor it. I asked for her name and she very rudely replied Maria. I love Panda Express. I eat here often even working at one in Ohio. I do not like how I was treated tonight. That is no way to treat a customer.

Taste good, small size!

I'm a bit disappointed because the last 3 times I have visited this location, they have been out of menu items (especially mushroom chicken). Instead of waiting for them to make it the first 2 times, I left and went to a different place to eat. This last time, I waited 15 minutes for them to make mushroom chicken and Beijing beef because they were out of BOTH. It makes a lot more sense to start making the entrees when they are almost out instead of waiting for the customer to request them.

Everything else at this location is great, but PLEASE have the chefs ensure each menu items is stocked to reduce customer frustration and wait time!

Worker in the where they serve the chow Mei was very rude looked like they didnt wanna be there we would tell her something and she would reply with attitude.

The food is very delicious, especially Kun pow.
Chinese food can be taken away or eaten there at the restaurant. It was under renovation for a while but it is now ready. The pick up is now at the entrance to the main door, to the right. For easier.

The food is ok and they try to do their best, but this place gets really crowded with people waiting even outside the door. They try to alleviate the situation by assigning one employee to go through the long line asking people what are they going to order, but in reality this is pointless.

The food was great as always, but the take out window guy is stingy as can be. I asked for some extra Teriyaki Sauce, and he gave me just one. Like if they come out of his check, I'm not asking for the box, just 2 or 3. Oh, well. He has been the Only person to be like that so far, everyone else is very professional as always.

I ordered online and was surprised to receive someone else's order instead of my own. Fortunately the other Brittany P's order I received had a partially similar order but no drink. 👎🏼👎🏼 I let Panda Express know I didn't get my order online but I haven't heard back.
The other person ordered the APPLE PIE ROLLS. I think those would've been good but they seemed to have been fried in rancid oil. The other food she ordered was good. ORANGE CHICKEN 🍊 🐔 is always a favorite and the GREEN BEAN CHICKEN had good flavor.
