I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to any self-respecting person because of the woman security guard I encountered in there, a manly looking female who was unfriendly and overly scrutinizing. I felt like I was in a jail or prison or something. Definitely not good for the digestion. I wont ever go back there.

This location really pisses me off. They under serve you and get annoyed when you ask for more. As if, they can't charge you for asking for extra. I typically eat here once a week but this location has seen the last of me.

I ordered delivery. Do not order delivery at Panda Express. I ordered through the Panda Express app. Then they go thru a 3rd party delivery service. This is where I had issue. My dinner was picked up by Doordash, my driver didn't speak English so he wouldn't answer the phone when I saw he was at my building but couldn't find my room. So he walked or sat around for over 40 minutes downstairs . I canceled the order and got my refund, then he showed up with cold food as I was headed out for dinner. I will never order delivery from here again, the food was so gross I couldn't eat it. I hope everyone enjoyed my money, I didnt

I been here in two separate occasions and the same problem. They had me wait for the food which I agreed to but if the line in the inside and the line in the outside is moving quicker then the food being made , and already waited 15mins for it to be cooked but they started serving that food the the drive thru and forget about my order, yes I got a problem. That's low customer service. Yes you tried to give me the food for free but i refuse to get it becuase it's about the principle. I don't want free food I wanted what I paid for quickly. Lost my appetite. Two times on different occasions and all those managers just on there computers shows lack of leadership
