Yea horrible service I’m a delivery driver speed is important they shut the lobby down even though it tells me I have to go into the lobby to pick up food. They proceed to me to go thru the drive thru where the line goes past the ordering sign to wait an extra 20 mins for the food while they’re sr ding still laughing an talking smh will never pick up frm this place nor eat here lol

This location told me in the drive thru that they are having an inconvenience in drive thru and that I needed to pull around and go inside. (Okay sure, no problem) I then had to wait for 2 large orders to be filled and given to cars in front of me before I could go anywhere. I did not go in after this as they had MANY customers going inside before I could even park. Why would you ever make your drive thru customers come inside to get in a very long line after making them wait for 15 minutes for you to fulfill other orders instead of parking the cars and letting people go through to be able to park and walk in??!! This is the most outrageous service experience I have ever had!!! McDonald's has better service standards!!! This is so sad...... You have now lost a customer that comes in to various locations multiple times a week! The one star rating is too much for this location!

Ordered from them twice through the app recently. Both times, they messed up my order. The first time they gave me 3 Rangoon when I ordered 12, and they never refunded me the difference. Then, today, I order a plate with white rice, honey walnut shrimp, and mushroom chicken, and I instead got fried rice with the shrimp and orange chicken. Both of these orders were delivered because I don't have a car to drive, and I never go near this store. They've refunded my order from today, but that still leaves me waiting a week to get that money back and still out my food instead of working out something better for people who don't have cars or friends/family who can drop everything to go replace an order they messed up in the first place. My food box was even labeled with the right food! How the hell do you screw that up that badly?!

Last time I come to this Panda Express, last time I had orange chicken they had a new batch of orange chicken and they gave me some old hard to chew, this time I ordered from the hot orange chicken and 7 pieces of chicken they give me with some small pieces for $10. It’s not the first time I give this spot a chance because it close to my job.
