It was my first time visiting and I ordered slowly after looking at how other people ordered. The store wasn't very busy. They were very polite, smiling, and kind to the Spanish girls in front of me, but then suddenly, when it was my turn, both cashiers were organizing fortune cookies and other items as if I wasn't there, making jokes to each other and asking, "Will you pay for me?" Then, the person next to me paid for me with a stern look on his face and handed me the receipt without even looking at my face. I felt like a criminal or a beggar, which ruined my enjoyable evening and made me not want to eat. Why on earth are you doing this? Did I do something rude? Is it because I'm Asian? please answer about my question.

Was there with Family, I ordered my food, when cashing out, I told lady who name is Jessica, I was redeeming points for a Bigger plate for price of plate, and told her I also Had a free gift for birthday, and she refused to to let me redeem my free gift. And she was really rude, I am in customer service have been for 25 years and she was disrespectful and very rude, and she over charged me for meal did not ring it up right..
Standard Panda Express food!! Service was fast even though it was crowded!! staff was nice! Prices are reasonable and portions are good as usual. The place is perfect for a quick lunch/dinner. Not high exactly what I expect and pay for.
Panda Express is a cost-effective restaurant when you are tired of American food. It was a system that allowed you to order and receive food quickly even late at night, and it tasted good.

Okay I was really hungry and wanted Chinese food, so thankfully I found this Panda Express just across the street from where I was staying! The food was good (it was late at night and I had jet lag so anything would taste good at that point), and the service was fast. The workers were really polite. I took my food back to my room to eat it, so I cannot comment on the actual atmosphere.
