Ordered a plate with rice and orange chicken along with teriyaki ... Through drive thru... come home and open my plate to see no teriyaki??! Like really? Waiting in a long panda drive thru to receive this. Wow!

I visited this Panda Express today 01/01/2025 there was a young lady helping me whom was very nice , but however there was a customer in front of me who owned a dog and that customer looked back at me and told me his dog likes to attack kids which it’s not ok for anyone to bring dogs who attack for no reason in public establishments I noticed the worker herself didnt like what that man has just said to me and she informed other employees and also the manager who was there no one did anything the Manager just rung him up and let him sit like it was nothing wrong with that kids eat at panda all the time with there kids , I notice how uncomfortable the younglady was she did not like that neither did I but the Manager did nothing or said nothing just countined to ring us up like everything was ok I do not recommend visiting this location on top of all that the chow mein was dried up in a bunch and nasty . 🤢

My fiancé and I always stop at this location on our way home from the speedway on Las Vegas, this time was one of our worst experiences. The staff were not very friendly, the food was not cooked correctly!! There were no fortune cookies in the bag. I will definitely not be eating there again!!!

Just got back did not receive a receipt wanted to scan for points orange chicken was cold and soft greens had no flavor and were undercooked and small side of honey walnut shrimp only contained 6 shrimps or so paid 14$ disappointed ?

Went through the drive thru to order our food. We use the rewards app to get the bigger plate for the price of a regular plate. The shrimp and cow mein are my nieces favorite and she ate it all up. Quick and easy to order. Nice staff to help make that happen.

PANDA EXPRESS Store A-100 On Lamb In Vegas is the WORST!!! Idk If it's a racial thing or just something, they have against food delivery drivers, but they will not allow U2 pick up your order and leave without a problem. Mostly if you ask to use the restroom, there's always a problem with it. It's broke, it's locked. Someone did something bad in there. But they will never allow drivers to use their restrooms.... And they are so very rude. The counter person and the manager wouldn't allow us to use the restroom. And we were simply delivering an order for a customer. It's really bad customer service and really badjust human wise. These people are terrible and need to be retrained.. The absolute very worst...

I went there on the 21st of Sept and the food was awful!!! Not to mention long blk hair in my rice!!!! I have emailed... called .... and still not a single response!!! The green beans were so undercooked just crazy
