Portion is TINY. A 2item combo won’t be good enough for a child. The server gives us very little food. Teriyaki chicken is not cooked enough. It’s rubbery and tasteless. I have to down it with sweet and sour sauce before eating it. The rice Durante taste out look like it’s freshly made.
I love pandas express but I will not return to this panda.

Delicious panda but the wallaby left a very unpleasant bitterness inthe finish as well as an unforgiving mouth feel.
If this establishment is serious about obtaining a Michelin Star, it should seriously consider drastically serious changes in FOH, BOH, executive and seriously, sous chefs along with line cooks and servers. Dishwasher was super seriously stellar and vital to the make or break of Panda, seriously.

The people here can't speak where u can understand them. Also, all the food is overcooked. And they overcharged me for the same thing my friends got but I paid 5 dollars more.

My server was Alma. She smiled all while not listening to what my twelve year old son told her repeatedly which was " I don't want noodles." Instead she rushed him and piled them on his plate anyhow. My best friend and I took notice of how patient she was with the customers before us. Also, their portions were piled up but ours were very skimpy in comparison. I called after leaving but got no answer. Most of the food wasn't consumed because it was dry and smelled scorched. So, I called this morning and spoke with very nasty, unprofessional manager named Rocio. She was very dismissive, she over talked me and attempted to put words in my mouth. I pointed out that we were the only black people in the establishment and our treatment differed from everyone in front of us. She said I called them racist but I never said that. I just stated the facts verbatim. A manager is put in place to resolve issues, not add further offense. Rocio, needs to revisit extensive training as it relates to customer service because she is lacking tremendously. They were busy but there was no balance. The food was horrible, as was the service!
