I placed an order for delivery for Panda Express an hour ago and not only have we received nothing, we keep receiving messages from door dash claiming delay after delay. We ordered a meal for our daughter so she could have a healthy meal before her bedtime(8:30) because she has softball games in the morning.The first delivery time shown was 7:25pm. We have received several delay and excuse notifications of 7:30, 7:40, 7:50, 8:00, and now 8:10pm. The driver claims to have arrived at the Panda Express around 7:40 and that Panda Express hadn't even cooked our order.Let me know how and when we will receive a full refund.By the way - as of this posting it is 8:10pm, I have now been on hold with door dash "customer support" for 35 minutes, it's been an hour and 15 minutes since i ordered, and we have NO FOOD!

The food is always delicious here and the customer service is phenomenal. People are so friendly they make you feel very welcome and the restaurant is very clean. This is even a wonderful place if you were looking for a job to work, I believe.

In food fair atmosphere, very dirty, asked for wet towel to clean table, counter person said can’t do that…also my husband and I order a plate and an extra chow mein and share this meal….I asked for another fork, as only one in the bag, and counter person said she would have to charge for another fork.. very rude, and I said please give me a fork, after much frustration, she did and said next time you will pay, I replied that there won’t be a next time…..

Dry and lacks flavor. This is a food chain that no longer cares about the quality of its food. The steak meat takes like beef liver! White rice is low quality grains and over cooked.

Service is terrible and they charge $.99 for a cup of water. I ordered kung Pao chicken with Broccoli Beef. 5 pieces of broccoli and 3 pieces of beef and barely any chicken, just all dried chili peppers, nuts and zucchini. What's with being stingy and picking out the meat when serving paying customers???

Worst ever Panda Express experience I ever had. The food was literally stale, probably the left overs from few days ago. The quantity was way less. I ordered a plate meal, paid extra for the shrimp, she gave only 3 shrimps. I asked why so less, and asked for more, she said she can't do it. Paid $17.70 for a plate meal (chowmein, orange chicken and shrimp) on Jun 04, 2023, usually costs around $10. I love Panda Express in general, but this specific location is so so so awful and pricier. Should have got the food from Chipotle next door.
