3 things I truly hateâŚbeing lied to, having my time and money wasted and then being gaslit. All the above happened today at Panda Express. I arrive to order and see one of the items I wanted was out so I asked how long it would be as I didnât want to wait- he said âno more than 2-3 minutesâ. That was a lie. It wouldnât have hurt him to be honest, i wouldâve chose something else. I order the rest of the food expecting to wait 2-3 minutes. I waited 13mins. Then when I get home I notice the item I was waiting for didnât even make it in my bag. Well, itâs irritating, but crap happens. Cool, so I call. Except the 7 times I call the manager answers the phone screaming âHELLO, HELLO, IF YOU DONT SPEAK UP- IM HANGING UP!â And she does, each time. She prob couldnât even hear me if she tried, she just kept yelling it over and over again. Like, calm down lady- check your phone? So now I canât even call to ask for my money back? Iâm not driving back out. This is ridiculous. Not to mention the kung pao chicken and veggies today tastes foul. Idk what it is, but itâs like a faint plastic taste. (But things like that happen when staff lay used gloves and chemicals in the food prep area- think cross contamination?) Iâm throwing my food away. Best $18.86 wasted. Best advice- pick another location. Theyâre not that far away.

More dough than chicken. I think the orange chicken is no longer my favorite at Panda Express. Now I'll order it where I can see the actual amount of meat. I covered each piece with my fingers and only found dough It would be amazing if there was a drive-thru, sometimes we don't feel like having to wait in line to get food.

I really like this place. My husband and I come here very often, but I have an issue with one of the staff members, Mrs. Ariana. She doesnât provide complete service. At first, when she started, I thought she was new and decided to give her some time, but itâs been a while and nothing has changed. She doesnât offer sauces or fortune cookies, and she doesnât even ask if you'd like to dine in or take out. She just assumes itâs to-go and gives you nothing. The rest of the staff is excellent.

A young girl behind the counter refused to put on gloves while handling my food so I refuse to purchase food from a place that doesn't use safe handling requirements.
I just watched a whole pan of lo mein get put it back in a wok and reheated. So you didnât sell enough this morning So you are reheating old food. Disgusting! I will not be back.

i love panda but this one server is skimping on portions its hella bogus his name was tsegaab i think he might need more training cuz he gave us a half scoop of orange chicken and still charged us extra because we said something about it
