Decent food, but for the price and robots that "greet" and "serve" (and want/expect a tip). I did find one person today actually conversing with a customer and that was lovely. I'd like more options and customizations for salads. Also don't be so stingy with napkins!

I love the food but today I went inside 10 minutes before 8 the employee was watching me try to order on the screen and he doesn’t say anything literally when I was about to pay the other employee came and say I’m sorry we close the kitchen is close soooooooo he didn’t say anything wild he was watching me I got sooo frustrated and left never came back here again ??????????????????

This place has turned into "serve yourself" automated while there's 5 workers in the back. The tables are disgusting and the prices have increased, while the workers are just hanging out in the back. This was our second attempt, hoping it was just a bad day but I see it's a routine here at this location. It is a shame what it's become. I will start going to one by the galleria mall again.

Brand new store. I walked in at 10:34 AM. I was starving and my sugar was low. I needed something healthy. I understand rules are rules and breakfast ends at 10:30. I did not realize that Panera ended their breakfast considering the type of food that they have, I assumed they served it all the time. I have been really wanting to try their breakfast sandwiches. But it happened to be 1034am and I was told they didn’t have any eggs. I highly doubt that’s true. I highly doubt that they serve the exact precise amount of eggs and that they know exactly how many eggs that they need to serve every day and that they run out precisely at 10:30. Walmart is a quick walk right behind you and they have plenty of eggs. Pissed me off

This location has a big dining area. I've eaten here over 20 times and I've never had a bad experience. They have a drive thru too. Careful with going late in the day, like after 6 pm because they might run out of certain food options. The parking lot is huge too.

This place was great. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and was served up fast. I had the grilled chicken and avo, with chips and it was really good. Just what I was looking for on a hot day. Enough to fill me up without bogging me down. I'll definitely be having lunch here again.

The staff is unbelievable lazy. We waited like 15 minutes to try to get our order, despite the place was almost empty. Nobody from the staff gave a diamond about us. Ignoring us the all time. We ended making the order ourselves. I will never go back again to that place

Yesterday, I ordered a toasted italiano, and my order did not match what I specified. I ordered it with no Greek dressing and no garlic aioli. And to include multi-leaf lettuce. When I received my delivery, the toasted Italiano I ordered had exactly what I did not want. And it had no multi-leaf lettuce. Today, I ordered the same thing, thinking that it might be a one-time thing. No, I was wrong to think that. This time, they did not add the Greek dressing. But they still put the garlic aioli. And again, forgot to include the multi-leaf lettuce. I am disappointed to have my order messed up twice.

They discontinued the flat bread. There is no ranch salad. And they are out of bread baguettes. How does a bread restaurant not have bread? Way too expensive. Way too slow. Used to put up with that due to the menue. Not any more.
