I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Service. The assistant mgr.was out front and treated me like I was a VIP. Interaction skill were awesome.She made a recommendation for a drink, they had OMG how right she was that drink was awesome 😎 The place is impeccably clean from what I could see and the tables are maintained spotlessly definitely a place I would visit

Had to call in order because website wouldn't let me check out. Ordered 6 meals for a business lunch for pick up. I arrived early, ordered a smoothie to wait. Out of bananas which took too long to notify and then to make with another option. Once food was ready, no one offered to help with bringing to my car. Took 3 trips to my car with food bags and drinks. I regularly order from AZ locations and they ate much more willing to offer assistance and appreciation for ordering. Will order somewhere else next time in town. Too many options when given poor service.

Decent food, but for the price and robots that "greet" and "serve" (and want/expect a tip). I did find one person today actually conversing with a customer and that was lovely. I'd like more options and customizations for salads. Also don't be so stingy with napkins!

I love the food but today I went inside 10 minutes before 8 the employee was watching me try to order on the screen and he doesn’t say anything literally when I was about to pay the other employee came and say I’m sorry we close the kitchen is close soooooooo he didn’t say anything wild he was watching me I got sooo frustrated and left never came back here again ??????????????????

This place has turned into "serve yourself" automated while there's 5 workers in the back. The tables are disgusting and the prices have increased, while the workers are just hanging out in the back. This was our second attempt, hoping it was just a bad day but I see it's a routine here at this location. It is a shame what it's become. I will start going to one by the galleria mall again.

Brand new store. I walked in at 10:34 AM. I was starving and my sugar was low. I needed something healthy. I understand rules are rules and breakfast ends at 10:30. I did not realize that Panera ended their breakfast considering the type of food that they have, I assumed they served it all the time. I have been really wanting to try their breakfast sandwiches. But it happened to be 1034am and I was told they didn’t have any eggs. I highly doubt that’s true. I highly doubt that they serve the exact precise amount of eggs and that they know exactly how many eggs that they need to serve every day and that they run out precisely at 10:30. Walmart is a quick walk right behind you and they have plenty of eggs. Pissed me off

This Panera has it together, the food is fresh, good quality and drive thru is so good in the summer heat!
Love the food here. Only problem I have is when they run out of a certain ingredient on your favorite sandwich or they run out of the bread. When you have to substitute or leave off it just ruins the taste ..

This location has a big dining area. I've eaten here over 20 times and I've never had a bad experience. They have a drive thru too. Careful with going late in the day, like after 6 pm because they might run out of certain food options. The parking lot is huge too.

This place was great. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and was served up fast. I had the grilled chicken and avo, with chips and it was really good. Just what I was looking for on a hot day. Enough to fill me up without bogging me down. I'll definitely be having lunch here again.
