I got the Mediterranean Chicken salad. The chicken was basically cold cut slices of chicken that didn't taste like chicken. The lettuce was not crispy and just about every single leaf was from the core. The salad was mushy. I got a chocolate chip cookie that was stale. Luckily the Dr pepper was okay. But even the slice of bread that came with the meal was as hard as a rock. I don't think I'm ever going to go to a Panera again. The cashier was really good, very friendly. The food wasn't her fault at all. But over $20 for that? What a waste

I am beyond frustrated with Panera at Patrick & Eastern. They’ve removed plain croissants from being sold individually, forcing customers to order them only as part of a sandwich. If you want a single plain croissant — which is perfect for those with sensitive stomachs like me, light in the morning and easier to digest than a bagel — you’re now forced to pay $8 or $7.49+ tax. Over eight dollars for one croissant?! This is completely absurd and unfair to loyal customers. Panera, you’ve taken a simple, beloved breakfast item and turned it into a rip-off, and it’s disappointing beyond words.

Overall a great place for breakfast. Not a fancy dining place but good food and quick service. Dine in or take it to go.

Toasted Italian sandwich. Toasted on the outside which made it very hard/crispy. Like trying to eat a sandwich made of croutons. Ordered whole, could only eat 1/2 because of it being overly salty. If you want your entire week's worth of sodium allowance in one sandwich, then this is the one to eat. I love Panera Bread and am a frequent customer, but this sandwich should be taken off the menu. This sandwich left me with such a bad taste/experience, that I'll probably not have another craving for an Italian sub until next year.

I had a bowl of your THIN WATERY broccoli cheese soup yesterday at your location. I also have broccoli cheese soup at other Panera locations. Have you changed the recipe? it's very watery and thin. I will not be returning to Panera very disappointed. My order number was 2633360. Yucky thin soup never again.

Best corporation on the planet. Always friendly and helpful. The sip club is perfect for people in the community to come and enjoy a few beverages daily. The healthy food they serve brings good people to break bread with.
