Was not able to get anything I wanted because they were out if the different breads. Then, my order was wrong, so while I told my husband to go ahead and eat ( he ordered a hot sandwich) I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my order re-done. Then they basically 'tossed it'toward me and looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked if my sandwich could be cut in half...which it should have been to begin with.

We pick up 5-7 dozen bagels each Thursday for our office and normally use Einsteins Decided to try Panera Ordered online The order was complete but asked for plates Wait staff and manager wanted to go out of their way to let us know this was catering and not their job Trying to figure out what’s the difference when ordering online but came down to “we will do it this time” Confusing and with that attitude, we will go back to Einsteins

My five star review is just for Debbie, who works at the front counter. She has such a warm, welcoming personality really helpful, and educational on the products. Definitely a pleasure! She’s a very good look for Panera! Good job Debbie keep up the good work!

Honestly, the food is great, but the reason I'm writing this review is because there is one staff member who deserves praise. Debbie is a great server and definitely made me feel welcome at the store. I came in to do work and I did not feel like a nuisance thanks to her. I ordered a Latte which was too sweet for me and once she found out, she gave me a cup for regular, hot coffee for free. She really deserves praise as I also watched her treat other customers similarly. I will be coming into this establishment again because of her. Shout out to Debbie!

The food was good but the person who took orders was awful.... I was the only person in line and she seemed to find other things to do and was too busy to wait on me... This is the location on lake Mead near the 95. I will never be going back there.... Also the place was not clean at all.... We had to clean our own tables and there was no place to sit because every table was dirty... Our order was simple but she managed to screw that up as well... With a bad attitude

Your normal Panera, great baked goods, tasty coffee (free refills).

You order at the counter and either have your food handed to you or they give you a pager and you come back to get it.

The tables are widely spaced, perfect for having a meeting or chatting with friends.

If you just order a cup of coffee, the staff will say: Sorry, I don’t know your order and can’t see your information. Once inside, there is nothing on the shelves and you feel like you don't want to come back

I’ve ordered a half chob chicken salad at 8:55. They gave me a green salad without any piece of chicken and only a half of boiled egg. I called them and said there is no chicken in my salad and the guy said are you sure? What do you mean I’m sure. I paid 10 bucks for some greens only? That’s so rude. Better pay close to the staff. Seems like they just wanna close and go home!

Do not offer RAPID pickup when you don’t have the capacity to. Went to rapid pickup shelf to pickup my order only for the old cashier to yelled at me saying I cannot take it myself have to ask them to give it to me. She was slowly taking order from customer with a long line behind her’ as expected me to wait for her to finish. Hello?? I placed RAPID pickup for a reason! Please read instruction from your own app, thank you.

Service was very poor. My sandwiches were very oily. Had the bag oily. When I asked them to redo my sandwiches they said no. It was horrible. Won't ever go to that one again
