I used to love Panera, but it’s hard to ignore how disappointing it’s become. The portions are ridiculously small for what you pay. A “full” salad barely fills the bowl, and the sandwiches are so tiny, they might as well be appetizers. For the price of a single meal, I could get a much better, more filling meal at any other place.The whole experience just doesn’t feel worth it anymore. For the prices they’re charging, you’d expect at least some freshly made food, but instead, you’re paying premium for something that could’ve been prepared at a grocery store. I’m seriously thinking twice before I go again.

We’ve been to so Paneras in the past (mostly in California and Illinois) and it’s always a complete miss or a complete hit - no in between. Have not had any issues with my orders at this specific location. Quite frankly my last order was made so well that I needed to take the liberty to write a review. Granted it was just a sandwich and a salad, but I can’t tell you how many times in the past at other locations where the food was just so terribly made or was completely off. We did a quick order for take out on Friday in the evening (10/17) simple sandwich and salad order. Bravo to whoever was working the back preparing the food.

I ordered on the app, and somehow the location didn’t sync properly. Instead of actually helping me when I got to this location they kept telling me to call the other store, even when I told them no one was answering. I just think if Panera is a corporate company that they should have been able to switch the order to their location. Biggg waste of time, won’t ever come here again.

Very inattentive staff. Didn't give me a receipt and forgot half of what I ordered. I would understand if it was super busy, but it was pretty dead when I came in to order.

Young man taking my order acted as if he rather be anywhere else, do to health issues I requested no cheese on sandwich and side spring lettuce salad and dressing on side. Sandwich bread dry with cheese and the salad was not what I ordered. When picking up meal I told a different young man what my order was. He said no problem cheese was taken off and given caesar salad with dressing that I could not eat! Very disappointing!

I have been to many Panera locations
This one seemed a little dated. Normally I get a great salad, this time it didn't taste over the top like they usually are. The booths I was in needed attention, as did the restroom. I will. Ot go back to this location.

I was early for an appt and didn’t eat breakfast so I stopped at Panera. I was greeted by Brooklyn, she asked if I needed more time, which I did. I was leaning towards a bagel (which I don’t need) but the soufflés were staring back at me. She explained what they were to me and gave me her recommendation. It was delicious 😋- Thank you Brooklyn for your outstanding customer service.

The food is just average. They do have good cinnamon rolls and bread. The broccoli cheddar soup used to be AMAZING, but now it is so mass-produced that you don't even get pieces of broccoli in the soup anymore... just pulverized green bits pretending to be broccoli. They also don't let you order ahead, so if you're ever in a rush, you can cross them off of your list.
