The breakfast was good, the service was ok, the delicious hot chocolate was the worst hot water I tried, not recommended. I asked to change it and they gave me another hot water with more whipped cream and a little bit of chocolate syrup. Now I’m going to drink water in another place. Not a good experience, but the sandwich was good and the macaroni and cheese too.

Not sure this is the Panera I went to. Sorry if it's not. I don't live in Nevada. People nice. Food so so. The bread is tough and chewy , the turkey chili very bad.. I sampled it only. Coffee depends on who makes it. Too expensive. A cookie for 3 dollars. As bad as Starbucks pastries. Employees nice. Problem: someone stole approximately 10 dollars off my gift card, and well they just don't know what happened, so because their employees or someone may have more need than a woman living on the street while trying to get home with no access to money, I gave them the bonus card . A customer bought me that gift card. It came with the 10 dollar bonus card. Although I don't eat everyday, I assume their employees or someone else needed that food more than me. How sickening they did nothing to fix it. Nothing. The male manager had a grin. I hate Nevada. Got class ?

Waited a long time for my order of soup and a sandwich and smoothie.Soccer team came in 15 minutes after me and they all got their order first.Very very poor organization and management. Two people taking orders very few people filling them.Parking: Too many businesses not enough parking.

Getto they make you serve your self and the kitchen guys are making jokes about the clients. Also will charge you for things that they know they have run out from. They knew they were out of coffee and yet still didn’t tell me and after my order was ready I had to ask for a refund. Why would they make us waste our time?

It was all just ok, and that sucks cause I heard it was good.
Tuna sandwich has small amt of tuna. Lettuce old. Paint peeling in food prep area. Un clear direction to get order. Seems like more of an internet cafe.

I don’t know what happened to this location but a year ago it was great. Maybe an off day but the sandwich I received was awful. They were sold out of everything on a Saturday afternoon also. The employees are nice and I feel bad for their working conditions. They looked stressed. Food has gone downhill unfortunately. Burnt sandwich, very flat and barely anything in it.

Did an online order. Order was $85 when I got there to pick it up I double checked and asked the guy if everything was in the bag. And he reassured me that everything was in there.. and I was missing the cinnamon rolls apparently after calling back to the store there was a separate bag that belonged to my order.

When homeless drug addicted people are allowed to mingle indoors around “customers” to beg for cookies things should be addressed. That’s just my opinion. Manager has no problem with this as she explains how the homeless movement is just a seasonal thing. And that’s alarming. Definitely won’t visit this location again. This brand is falling off.

I am so sad to rate a place with 2 stars. The food was ok... it would have been better if my soup bowl was filled up to the top like it was supposed to be. The inside of the establishment was not very clean, my husband had to wipe down our table. It has been years since we have gone to Panera. This is not how we remembered it. It seems like it has gone downhill. I may give this place another chance so that I can update this review.

This is one of the slowest most inefficient Paneras I've been to. Order was not correct and the iced tea was cloudy.
