I ordered cappuccino and when they put the cup for me to grab it, there was a drop of cappuccino next to my cup! I asked her about it and wanted her to change it but she did not accept. It seems that they do not care about customers.

We were made to wait for our simple and standard order for nearly 30 minutes and watched as our name on the status screen kept switching between "ready" and "being prepared" while other orders were being filled. When we went to check on our order, the cashier that handled our order (after nearly half an HOUR) came back and said "sorry we are out of soup". The manager was called and refused to give us the rest of our order at a reduced price. What happened tonight was deliberate, not just negligence. Each time our order would get bumped from "ready" back to being prepared the kitchen staff would snicker and joke amongst themselves. The manager who eventually appeared did not even apologize for wasting a half an hour of our time, was extremely rude and made us feel like he is doing as a favor by refunding our money and sending us away hungry. This is not the first time we have been treated rudely at a panera bread in las vegas or received food that made us sick on a previous occasion at another location. 15 minutes to drive here, half an hour wasted waiting on non-existent food and 15 minutes driving back hungry. A full hour of our time gone and no apology. What I see here is one jerk district manager that is training employees and managers to be incompetent jerks like himself.

We had to wait almost 30mins for our 3 soups and a sandwich. When we got the soups they were cold and had to be redone which also took a while. Manager didn't try to fix the situation or help. Their main concern Is drive through so the dining area is not clean nor served first.

Disappointed, food takes 20 minutes to be prepared. They messed up my order and blamed me for their mistake. Beware, if you change the menu item ingredients they will not know how to make your sandwich. I replace this ingredient at every Panera and only this location messes it up

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and got just egg in the sandwich no bacon, cheese or lettuce! Horrible service!

Staff food view beautiful wonderful only thing I do not like is lottering there's always men sitting on speaker phone 4 hrs men just sitting there with no meal doing nothing once you have ordered and eaten your meal in a timely manner like 15 or less you must leave. Please stop having people sitting there taking up space besides that love yall alot.
