Wow! I’ve been to many Panera Breads and this location by far exceeded my expectations! KC made my food and when I when I asked for an extra sauce she was so kind and made sure my meal was made the way I wanted. She is an asset to this restaurant. People like her make a huge difference. Not only for the business but for us as customers. I truly enjoyed my meal! Thanks KC!!!

Bagels to go were dry. The baked potato soup was so salty.
This used to be one of my favorites places and lately the food quality is down and too salty, you have pick up your own food and clean after yourself, and this particular location has become homeless central.
While I applaud their generosity for allowing homeless to hang out inside, I don't appreciate the smell while I'm eating. I sounds mean, I know. Maybe you can have a designated area for them.
The last time I was there, last week, there were homeless with all their staff in two of the booths. As we are eating, another homeless young man comes in to talk to his friends on the booth then left. I mean, it's not a park...
In addition, the place itself is starting to look run down. The carpets look dirty, the faucet in the ladies restroom is rotten out. This used to be a nice place to hang out, have coffee, listen to jazz. This last time they had pop or rap or whatever not pleasant music to eat.
Sad to see this place go down while the prices keep going up. I much rather go elsewhere.

Placed a to go order with soup. Yuck! They threw a tiny bit of cheese on top of french onion soup and called it good. French onion soup has a baguette/bread on top of the soup with melt cheese. They gave me bread on the side with no butter or even napkins. Simple things that make the difference between wanting to return or not. For $20 it's NOT worth it. They've gone down hill!

Horrible service. Only teenagers in the building at lunch rush moving slow as snails. Manager not old enough to drink or have work experience. The owner of this place needs to pay attention.
Drove here bc i was craving mac n cheese. Just got home ready to eat my food after spending half an hour waiting. I ordered Mac and cheese with sw chicken salad to go. Waited awhile. Buzzed and it was plated. I kindly let them know it was to go. They said they'd pack it up. Waited 10 more minutes still not packed up. I nicely asked about it again and they said "it's being packed up now" and then gave me a bag a couple min later. Great. Happy customer driving home ready for my mac n cheese. Open the bag. It's not my food. A completely different order. I should have checked but it was pretty clear what food they needed to pack up for me. I called to see if they could make it again and I'll come grab it but no answer so I left a message. I'm Irritated that I don't have my Mac n cheese and I'm not driving all the way back there. Pissed really. I'm sure whoever this order belongs to is also annoyed.

Usually really good, but today they forgot my order. The sandwich was a little skimpy on meat with too many greens. The mac n cheese wasn't very hot, but it was still warm Overall, so so, but still good.

I just had the Spicy Fiesta Chicken sandwich. The sandwich was GREAT!! It was a little spicy, not too much. It had a nice kick to it. Definitely worth buying again. Really, really good!!

Location says open until 9pm. Showed up around 4:55, was told after 5 they are closed. No notes anywhere. Was working on order for over 5 minutes when they came to me. Person was rude. They stared at me for the entire 5 minutes while I was preparing my order to come up to me. Very disrespectful. Will never go back to this location.

A very good experience, nothing compared to the ihop that is there in front, excellent service, the people who work there are very professional and the food order did not take long to place. We were a group of 8 people, thank you Panera for you. excelent service.
