I ordered a bagel pack with 2 cream cheeses a week ahead for pick up. I sent my kids to pick up and it wasn’t ready on time. The kids brought it home and the cream cheeses weren’t in the bag. I called and talked to McKayla and she offered a refund. I still needed the cream cheeses so I sent the kids back to get it and they didn’t give me a refund or a gift card or discount. They sent the boys home with 1 muffin. I am very disappointed in the customer service that was provided and will probably take my bagel orders to another establishment.

Food was cold, when reached the front cashier she said to walk straight to the kitchen front and tell them not her I was just informing them. When they gave me my food they advised me that they just heat it up on the microwave, no new bowl or anything, when I sat down the food was still cold, at this point did not want to eat anything anymore and asked the manager for the refund due to the issue.

When I first arrived in the parking lot, I couldn't believe I was at Panera. Usually the locations are clean and with nice esthetics. All u have a view of is a huge garbage can. Once inside , my top lip curled becz of the horrible smell. Once I received my food, the soup was hot but diluted. Watered down. Did not taste like the original recipe. In this economy, I do not have money to waste. I will not be going back to this location.

I drive for rideshare, and eating fast is in a must, but healthy is equally important. Panerai has healthy, cheap and fast options. I eat here at least 2 or 3 times a week. Great place!

This is what I opened up to find a horribly made croissant sandwich. Looks nothing like the commercial. Not to mention that whoever prepared it knew that they were serving this and just didn't care at all about the quality or customer service. I will be calling the store to speak with a manager. Wasted my coupon on this....smh. Very disappointed!

The food was enjoyable and easy to order. Everyone was nice. It was quiet. A lot of the tables were dirty. The floors were full of crumbs. I made sure to clean my table after leaving. We were lucky to find one with no crumbs or food crust on it. Other than that all well.

My main issue with this location is the iced coffee. I pay for a cup, go fill it with iced coffee, and it’s about a 50/50 chance whether it will be good or extremely weak. Lately the coffee has been so weak that it’s gross to drink, like imagine a regular iced coffee, but watered down by 4x water. I’ve had ice cubes with more caffeine and flavor.
Why is this the only location that I’ve had this issue at? When it’s made right it’s good, but when it’s not it’s unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to pour my own coffee, be grossed out by how weak it is, pour it out, and then settle for iced tea.
Aside from that the staff is nice and attentive, but this needs to be fixed and stay consistent.
