Every time I go to this location they have the a/c on - it’s winter - and they’re usually out of items we’re trying to order. Tonight it was freezing in the dining room again and they had “no bread” to go along with the soup we were ordering. Panera Bread had no bread? Not only were the shelves behind the cashier stocked with bread but we weren’t offered any of it as a substitution. To go along with our soup we were offered chips, an apple or a fruit cup. Seriously?!? This is the second time in the last 2 weeks at dinner time that we’ve left without ordering.

I ordered a bagel and cream cheese, and there was literal mold in the cream cheese. That is so beyond disgusting. This restaurant is clearly not following food safety guidelines and doesn’t care about the quality of food they serve people. It’s also super inconvenient for me…who wants a plain bagel? I ordered a salad too but now I don’t even want to eat that, who knows how old the ingredients are? The order itself was delayed for over 30 minutes because of issues at the store. Honestly this location has gone downhill and I will never order from here again.

I ordered a Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup - Group (supposedly) to serve 4 people. it was $21.99 so I expected a large container of soup. What we got was more like a little larger than a pint. It was PATHETIC. The grocery stores ALL sell the same size soups for under $9. This is a complete ripoff at Panera. It will be a long time before I spend my hard earned money there. I do NOT see the value!!!!!

I only gave 3 stars for the atmosphere because most of the comfortable, private booths were taken up by people who were simply there just for the wifi and taking the space ALL DAY! leaving us true diners with nowhere comfortable to actually sit and enjoy our meal, with the manager walking around clearly knowing what is going on, but doing NOTHING about it. One booth was even taken up by a homeless person sleeping on the one side of the table, and the other side contained their dirty belongings. Right next to where my husband and I had to sit at a tiny, floppy, uneven table

The sandwich came on the wrong bread. They didn't include the croutons or cheese with the soup.The app says there are no locations to eat-in in the state of Nevada. Order for delivery and they use DoorDash and DD drivers are incapable of finding an address or following simple instructions once they call 45 minutes early and utterly lost. Had I known they'd use DoorDash I wouldn't have even tried.

This is long overdue I work around the corner from this specific Panera I have been coming here for the past 5 months almost everyday me and my team often cross paths with the sweetest worker there named Alicia and she always has a smile on her face gives the best customer service remembers our drink orders ask about our day I hope Panera realizes what kind of worker they have

I went to buy Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich and boy the bread is not grilled no butter. What happened the first time I bought my grilled cheese there it was really Good, bread was grilled and buttered the bread.

It was late when I went this time. Best time to go is mornings mid-day not close to closing the last loaf is a day old by then. Gotta hand it to the employees working hard all day and still always have a smile on their face even when a Karen walks in. Glad I left before she went full on. I don't play nice with Karen's.

Panera needs to step up their game. The restaurant is so dirty is kinda scary. Although I used their cafe for 2 weeks while I was moving. Their staff is outstanding and do a great job.
