Great food, order from a kiosk so there is no service table was dirty had to clean but the food was delicious

No hot chocolate. Hot chocolate machine broken for a month and never been fixed. There should be signage indicating that, otherwise people waste their time waiting in line

went back to ask for another spoon and the worker, name started with a K and it had like trainer for position, and she was so dismissive and nonchalant, like yikes! maybe clean your dishes better? anyways food was still pretty good.

Had a really good experience here. I haven't been to many Panera's. Mickel helped me. He informed me on what was what on their menu. He was very informative, customer service oriented, organized and great personality and attitude. I was admittedly frantic from a rough commute to the area. So it made my day to have his help. It was really busy and he handled orders with grace. He was organized, made me feel listened too and appreciated . Thanks Mickel.

I use to really love this place but noticed the food is a hit or miss and to really love a place it has to be consistent. I got the Rustic potato soup today. The flavor was fair but too salty and the small amount and size of the potatoes was strange. I asked the cashier if it was normal and he said yes. I ate half and finished my tasty baguette he offered to give me something else but I declined since I had eaten half. He was friendly and I wasn’t demanding I just wanted to give the place feedback. I have a low rating because of the food and the booth was really dirty.

Food was terrible. Caprese sandwich was gross. Brown iceberg lettuce, slimy, old tomatoes. Candy cookie was doughy and the flavor was awful.

This place has a huge problem, and that's the amount of filth pretty much all over the floors and walls. This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been to in my life. IN MY LIFE. To management and other stakeholders, go to this location and pick a booth, any booth, and take a look at the walls at and below the table line. It's absolutely disgusting. The parking lot doesn't fare better; it's disgusting as well, as far as parking lots go.

The service is questionable at times. My wife orders hot teas every time we go, and there's a towel/rag placed underneath the hot water jug that they have behind the register area. The rag is there to catch the drip drip from the hot water jug. The problem is, every time they fill my wife's cup with water, the rag hangs INTO the cup. Mind blown. She doesn't want some crusty looking rag near where she puts her lips and near where the liquid she's about to consume goes.

Lastly, sometimes I'll order a coffee in the afternoon, and the coffee will be lukewarm. I hate having to let someone know the coffee isn't hot, followed by the wait for them to spin up a new batch.

Pretty subpar all around.

Went to Panera Bread at 6:30 pm to order soup for a crowd and a sandwich. 40 minutes later I got my food to go. I noticed that I didn’t have the dip for my French dip. They gave me a cup of the dip. When I got home found out they gave only half of the sandwich. Called several times no answer. So much for their getting the order right that they brag about on their receipt. Never again!!
