We ordered 2 drinks and a salad for 25+. We both ordered the pomegranate Hibiscus which we have ordered before. Neither of the drinks tasted like they were supposed to.
We were still in line waiting for our salad so when the employee handed us our food we told him about our drinks. He offered to put more sugar which is unacceptable since I have diabetes. The problem is too much water in the mix. He did not offer any other solution. I won't be back.

This morning I went and got a bagel and cream cheese. When I got home and started eating it I noticed the cream cheese taste was off. I looked at the expiration date and the cream cheese was expired August 5, 2025. Today's date is August 16, 2025. It was completely inedible due to the cream cheese tasting rotten. I called Panera right away and I was told that it was a busy time to speak to the manager and if I could call back later. I stated I would think that you giving me expired food to eat was important and she stated that sorry manager is busy. This is highly unacceptable customer service when they are serving food that could make someone sick.

Ordered my food online because I thought it’ll be quicker MAN was I wrong! They said my order was ready then had me wait 10 min in drive thru wasted my lunch break left didnt received my food never going for lunch there again!

It was dirty. They took down our review, which is a violation of Google policy. The floors were dirty, the tables were dirty, the chairs were dirty.
Do NOT recommend unless they have hired better management and gotten rid of the apathetic employees.
Some of the employees were friendly there and the food was okay.
Food was really expensive and mid. Really don't like the direction they are going food wise. Service was great though!
