Really tired of coming in 2 hours before closing time and all the drinks other than the fountain drinks being put away. I can see 30 minutes but two hours is ridiculous. I’ll just go elsewhere if this isn’t fixed.

Food was good. But one thing is the outdoor area, looks shabby and dirty, unmaintained. Some of the days would like to enjoy food outdoor but the tables were all dirty. Have been here many times during the year, it seems they never improved the door area, and never saw anyone here outdoors.

Lazy workers. Didn’t want to serve me on my scooter in the drive through when I been to countless other drive thru and it’s not ever a problem, There is a reason why they are always empty when I go there

Terrible customer service. After giving my order and giving her cash to pay, she said no cash in this line. There was no sign to let you know. If you insisted on paying in cash, you had to go another line and start all over. Also, my fuji salad was missing the pecans. The last time I was there they didn't give me salad dressing and my order was to go.
Okay, I'm updating this from 4 to 1 star. It's been a normal reoccurrence to forget one or two items in my order. One time, I had to come back in 3 times for the same order. They're forgetting big items, too, like sanwiches, soups, and pastries. Today, I ordered a pick two with Chipotle chicken sandwich and a tomato soup. Instead, I received a breadbowl and a small chicken noodle soup cup. Of course, I didn't notice it until I arrived home. I had a crying and hungry baby in the car and needed to pick up a quick meal for myself, so yeah, I think I'm finally done with this location. They wanted me to come back, there's no way I was going to drive all the way back. It was too stressful, and I'm just done dealing with it.
They still owe me from a previous order that was canceled...

The place was empty. Not sure what was going on but I have never seen a Panera bread empty in the morning. It might be a Vegas thing. I ordered bagels from app and it said it was ready. When I got there and asked for it that’s when she started getting them and slicing it. Some of it was miss sliced and no one wanted to eat those.

I ordered the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl and when I got home, I realized they did not put the bread bowl in the bag that I paid for. It was very upsetting. I tried to complain and was told I would have to come in person with my receipt to get a refund. I just wanted the bread bowl at the time of ordering. I didn’t want to come in and deal with people. Next time I will hold up the drive thru line and check my bag. So irritating. Sorry people waiting behind me.
