Tonight, I drove into line with one car ahead of me. I then ordered a single item:a bowl of soup, then advanced slowly with the rest of the line. It took me almost 25 minutes to get to the window, and when i did, the cashier said she didn’t have my order. She went back to check, and another person, likely an assistant manager or higher, asked about my order, and then proceeded to tell me the same thing – that it wasn’t showing up. Infuriated after the long wait, I had no patience for a conversation. I drove off, and went next-door to order soup as well. I got my order in literally about five minutes. No exaggeration. From a sit down restaurant no less.
This “drive-through” is nothing more than a glorified parking lot with a speaker. Don’t be fooled and waste your time like I did.

Won’t pick the option to use drive through for pick up. Might a well order it fresh. Less bag time. Been in drive 20 minutes and trapped. It only takes 60 seconds to walk in and pick it up myself. Lesson learned. .

This food made me and my teammates lose we came in ready to eat for the biggest soccer turoment and we where in the final and then u made 3 of my teammates miss because of how bad your food was u might have Gaven us food poisoning I am not happy and I am not happy at all this is a really bad establishment

Okaaay, let me say this. If these young people don't want to work, then stay home. They are so rude. I said excuse me I have a question? The lady never opened her mouth to greet me, or ask how she can help. The restaurant seems to be self service. It is so frustrating. Food was good. I ordered soup only. I just wanted to know if they had cups of soup and bowels. Bring back people in restaurants that welcome you in, and treat you as a guest. After all, that's why we go out.

I always keep trying to remind myself to never come to PANERA, and just drive down the road to CAFE ZUPAs. Their food is atleast 10x better and you can get a chocolate strawberry. Panera has gone down hill. Please stop going here and let this place shut down already. Bring in something new. Wait 40+ minutes for a $40 meal that consisted of 2 half sandwiches and 2 cups of mac and cheese. Not worth it!
Paid money for 2 chocolate chip muffies with my order. Didn’t receive the muffies and am kind of upset. Panera bread usually doesn’t mess up but this time I’m kinda miffed. I was really looking forward to those.
They didn’t even have bread rolls available. Disappointed.

This place deserves 0 stars. I'm unsure how they have a decent rating when this place is the absolute worse. They must be buying reviews. The are not disabled friendly. Was refused service today after I placed an order on the app was told in the "drive-thru" that I needed to come in person to pick up my order. No signs anywhere stating online orders are to be picked up inside. When I let them know why i was unable to physically go in store and chose the drive thru for that reason they still refused to give me my order. And told me I need to cancel on my end to receive a refund. How can a place operate with such terrible service? How can an establishment take money but refuse service when someone can't physically go get their food. Shame on them. No wonder they only had 2 cars parked in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru during a lunch rush. They need to do better.

Arrive at the time the app says to just to sit in the drive thru for another 15 minutes. Maybe have the people pull forward instead of making someone else’s food get cold??
