First off the only thing I really need to say is you need some new management to properly train your employees. Starting with at least greeting customers like they would like to be treated. Best of luck we will not be coming back to this Panera bread

Pastries weren’t fresh my cinnamon roll was hard. My soup was just barely warm and my grilled cheese was barely grilled with a piece of cheese barely melted and just slapped on there. Spoon was dirty and trash was overflowing. Not the best attitudes around here. This location has gone downhill.

Poor service in the drive thru. I dont have her name but the person working drive thu on 11/15/2025 around 9am took 10 minutes to take my order and have it ready. Maybe they were short staffed but with a lack of communication and waiting that long in a drive thru leaves me really disappointed

Continually messes up delivery orders, won't refund for their mistake... Only offers credits so you have to keep coming back, only for them to mess it up again. Go literally anywhere else for mid soup.

At lunch today, I went inside and placed an order to go for 2 whole Grilled Chicken BLT’s that come with a side pickle and 2 large Mac n cheese bowls. Got home with my food and no pickle spears. That’s something we would have liked, but no biggie. But where’s the BACON? How do you make a BLT and over look the bacon?
Called immediately using the number listed on the receipt ( just above the bold letter “ACCURACY MATTERS”). After multiple calling attempts with no answer or voice mail, I just now did something I have rarely ever done…. A bad review.

What the heck happened to this place? It was decent when they opened. My wife's grilled cheese sandwich was barely cooked and the cheese was cold. Nothing grilled about it. Hazelnut coffee was cold. Light roast coffee was watered down. My cappuccino was good. Soups are still good. My sandwich (I think it was the fiesta chicken) was okay, but I dunno if it was supposed to be warm or cold. It was just room temperature. Wife said the women's restroom was disgusting. What a shame. We used to like it here.

I visited this Panera recently and had such a great experience. I had ordered soup and went back up to the counter to ask about getting a baguette. The employee who helped me was extremely polite, explained the bread options, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. His kindness and great customer service really stood out — it made my day! (this was around 5 PM close to 6 PM)

This particular branch, on Tropical, has had a body odor, bad sweat smell for over a year now. The booths and chairs need to be WASHED DOWN, carpet cleaned. Dirty tables, food on the ground, an unclean smell. And the A/C is blasting away, to hide the bad human odors??!

Clearly supposed to be open according to their hours but their drive through automated messaged says closed. Thanks for having me drive here for nothing.

Open the drive thru.
I normally enjoy Panera, but this location unfortunately needs serious intervention from corporate. The last visit, I arrived 10 min prior to closing and received a drink and bakery item, but while awaiting the meal (to go, of course), an associate informed me 10 minutes later that they're actually closed and he needed to refund my order. When he did so, he refunded me the ticket for someone else's order. I suppose I paid about $6 for the items I received, and that was fine, but it gave me the distinct impression that the young crew of folks working at this location believed their closing time was the priority over customer service, which is a recipe for eroding loyalty and trust. My next visit a few weeks later around 7 PM was even less accommodating. They were out of stock of most items, and I kept hearing this irritating, repetitive noise like someone slowly striking a hard surface. I turned around to find it was one employee continually picking up and dropping what looked like a highlighter pen on the counter while socializing in extremely close proximity with another employee. My overall impression is that this particular crew in late 2025 is improperly trained and cannot figure out how to act professionally when left unsupervised. Perhaps outcomes are different during the middle of the day when experienced managers might be present.

Drive-through here is a waste of time.
Tonight, I drove into line with one car ahead of me. I then ordered a single item:a bowl of soup, then advanced slowly with the rest of the line. It took me almost 25 minutes to get to the window, and when i did, the cashier said she didn’t have my order. She went back to check, and another person, likely an assistant manager or higher, asked about my order, and then proceeded to tell me the same thing – that it wasn’t showing up. Infuriated after the long wait, I had no patience for a conversation. I drove off, and went next-door to order soup as well. I got my order in literally about five minutes. No exaggeration. From a sit down restaurant no less.
This “drive-through” is nothing more than a glorified parking lot with a speaker. Don’t be fooled and waste your time like I did.
