I gave 4 for Pizza because which is excellent. I gave 5 for service because there isn't a 100. But this successfully young man who manages. I think lowns the desert Inn store. I've seen him working in different occasions. And I've never seen such a professional, calm, empathetic manager. And I just enjoy. going to the store personally just because of his service. Very rare . The atmosphere goes with the service. GOOD ENERGY , generates GOOD ATMOSPHERE and creates GOOD PIZZA 🍕

Placed an order of $102, they gave me the option to select cash payment. I made the order, and got a call immediately after telling me that they don't accept large cash orders. I get that they may worry about the order being canceled, however they should implement a system that doesn't allow you to check "cash payment" over a certain amount.

If lukewarm and/or cold pizza is your thing, THIS IS YOUR SPOT!!! In four deliveries from this place, I have yet to have a bite of a hot pizza. I've done my part. I take the trouble to make sure they know where to find me. And they do...eventually. With a cold pizza. I'm done. I'll just keep some pepperoni hot pockets in my freezer because this place isn't anywhere worth the frustration of paying my hard earned money for crap.

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at this location was by far the worst I’ve ever had with any business. I called to address an issue with my order and spoke with the manager on duty, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving my concerns, he told me he wouldn’t issue any credit, said, *“If you don’t like it, stop ordering from here,”* and then hung up on me.
To make matters worse, he refused to provide his name when I asked. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but this incident has made it clear they don’t value their customers.
At this point, I don’t even want store credit; I want my money back. If this is the kind of service Papa John’s considers acceptable, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews the recorded call because no customer should be treated this way.
Avoid this location at all costs.

Sometimes when I work late nights -I need to grab some good hearty food for my children. Papa Johns took care of my tummy late nights while I was cramming for exams in college and still never disappoints. The crust is delicious and flavorful and I love the sauce. I want to give kudos to Angel who works at store #2820 on Cambridge and Desert Inn in Las Vegas. He always has a great calm demeanor, give excellent guest service, makes my food quick and fast. Thank you Papa Johns for hiring people who love customer service and making delicious food. Keep up the good work Late night staff. Moxie
I ordered a mushroom pizza. I'm very disappointed with the service. i could literally count 12 small pieces of mushrooms on an extra large pizza. I complained, and they offered to do it over but said that that's their standard amount of mushroom, so the second pizza would be about the same. I would never ever in my life go back there. I only buy mushroom pizzas and that is not the standard amount.
Called to cancel a order and instead of refunding me they marked it as picked up and was never given a refund, i really wish the person who i talked to let me know it wasn't gonna be refunded if i canceled but no, horrible customer service and horrible pizza, go to a different papa johns this one is not good 👎

First pizza I had here, amazing. This time, their oven is broken, I, unknowingly place my order only to then find out they cancelled it. They never closed the website, they never said anything beforehand, now I'm out of $55 for an entire week. What a scam!
