Papa Johns Pizza

This place is ran by a man Chick... And the rest of her people got the attitude just like she does... I suggest you just go somewhere else.

I was waiting nearly an hour inside the store when the whole time the app said my 3 pizzas were ready. I wouldn’t have came in if the app wasn’t saying it was ready. And it kept being “it’ll be ready soon”. On top of that, someone else was offered a free pizza for their delay. Yet I was sitting on their bench inside the store at least 10 mins before that person arrive. And I had my kids waiting inside the car. One of my kids had to use the bathroom after we had been waiting 40+ mins. Of course, there’s no bathroom at papa John’s. The app needs to reflect the order status accurately. It shouldn’t be saying ready and it actually being ready 1 hour later.

Great Manager at this location. There was a small issue and she solved it in a great way and very professionally.

Good pizza. Friendly service. I ordered on the app, got there and didn't have to wait at all. Even got leftovers for breakfast tomorrow.

Came in late morning (11:30) to an empty restaurant just to see Diane working at the oven, visibly frustrated, she asks me which one I'm here to pick up with an annoyed tone in her voice. I understand doing your job can be frustrating but I know I wasnt deserving of the attitude I received for simply walking in. I asked her name and left after cancelling my families order due to the shear anger I felt toward her personally and won't be bothered to go back to my favorite location.

Customized a pizza and didn't even try to make it right. They did it the standard way. Unfortunately that way includes mushrooms that I am allergic to. Didn't check it and didn't notice it til about 3 hours later because we picked up went to run errands got home then got ready to eat. Really need to be careful and at least follow what is ordered.

I literally just order 3 pizzas and wings and I asked for all 3 pizza to be cut in squares and only one was cut in squares even after I called before they finished the order and they still got my order wrong. I asked for the wings to be well done and they weren’t and the barbecue boneless wings didn’t have much barbecue sauce at all. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I don’t understand why they don’t read the orders. I’m so disappointed especially after spending $80.

Alittle hiccup with my pizza but Kristy made it right. Also a shoot out to the young man who works sat afternoon there. Such a nice hardworking guy. Great customer service great team

I'm not a Papa John fan so it's ahit or miss for me.

I love the BBQ chicken and bacon pizza. I like dipping my pizza crust in the ranch sauce 😋

Papa Johns has really gone down hill. The pizza was terrible I would rather eat Little Ceasars over Papa Johns.

I placed an order at 5pm and it’s now 7:30 and no pizza yet. The delivery driver calls at 7:15pm to tell me it’s in the oven for the second time. He had texted me the same thing the hour before. I told him he was patient for waiting there that I don’t think I would have. He proceeds to tell me I have no patience and that’s his honest opinion. He also said he works for McDonalds as a manager and told me he deals with a lot of people just as bad as me. I asked who asked you for your opinion. The last time I checked drivers pick up and deliver food don’t give comments. I am contacting corporate in the morning.

I rarely give a bad review, but the staff does not know how to prioritize or handle customers. I ordered a pizza a few hours ago, was told it was ready for pickup and no one can tell me when it will be ready or how I can cancel the order and get a refund.
