Papa Johns Pizza

Came in late morning (11:30) to an empty restaurant just to see Diane working at the oven, visibly frustrated, she asks me which one I'm here to pick up with an annoyed tone in her voice. I understand doing your job can be frustrating but I know I wasnt deserving of the attitude I received for simply walking in. I asked her name and left after cancelling my families order due to the shear anger I felt toward her personally and won't be bothered to go back to my favorite location.

Customized a pizza and didn't even try to make it right. They did it the standard way. Unfortunately that way includes mushrooms that I am allergic to. Didn't check it and didn't notice it til about 3 hours later because we picked up went to run errands got home then got ready to eat. Really need to be careful and at least follow what is ordered.

I literally just order 3 pizzas and wings and I asked for all 3 pizza to be cut in squares and only one was cut in squares even after I called before they finished the order and they still got my order wrong. I asked for the wings to be well done and they weren’t and the barbecue boneless wings didn’t have much barbecue sauce at all. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I don’t understand why they don’t read the orders. I’m so disappointed especially after spending $80.

Alittle hiccup with my pizza but Kristy made it right. Also a shoot out to the young man who works sat afternoon there. Such a nice hardworking guy. Great customer service great team

I'm not a Papa John fan so it's ahit or miss for me.

I love the BBQ chicken and bacon pizza. I like dipping my pizza crust in the ranch sauce 😋

Good food, good service, good location, quick, slightly less condiment than other locations. Pretty good by me

Papa Johns has really gone down hill. The pizza was terrible I would rather eat Little Ceasars over Papa Johns.

I placed an order at 5pm and it’s now 7:30 and no pizza yet. The delivery driver calls at 7:15pm to tell me it’s in the oven for the second time. He had texted me the same thing the hour before. I told him he was patient for waiting there that I don’t think I would have. He proceeds to tell me I have no patience and that’s his honest opinion. He also said he works for McDonalds as a manager and told me he deals with a lot of people just as bad as me. I asked who asked you for your opinion. The last time I checked drivers pick up and deliver food don’t give comments. I am contacting corporate in the morning.

I rarely give a bad review, but the staff does not know how to prioritize or handle customers. I ordered a pizza a few hours ago, was told it was ready for pickup and no one can tell me when it will be ready or how I can cancel the order and get a refund.

The lady that's working today Tuesday October 8th at 12:48pm on eastern and serene was not helpful. She kept interrupting me while I was speaking to her and i also had my customer on the phone. I'm an Uber Eats driver. She wouldn't let me speak. And she was very rude. I asked her to hold on a second cuz I'm talking to my customer on the phone and she just walked away. Worst service I've ever had in my life.

Crissy is an excellent manager. Polite, respectful, and goes out of her way to be courteous. Having dealt with a plethora of different managers in the service industry she’s one of the best.

Yeah the pizza has gone downhill. The New Yorker was horrible . Sens like this place is hit and miss. Use to be going there 2 a month now 2 times a year at best.

Thank you to brianna and Justin for caring and staying true to your word foods crazy on point and if there's an issue on there end they jump hoops for you I know it's not a mom and pops store but they act like it as mutch as they can

I agree with a lot of people here that they don't really put very many toppings on the pizza I often have to order extra just to make it the same as other piece of places.

But what annoys me the miles and I use the app or the pizza and it tells me it's ready all the time and then I get here and wait 10 minutes because it's actually not ready The app needs to stop lying to us.

It's obviously something automated It has no reflection on what's going on.

I'm here at 2:30 on a Sunday and there's one person working.

This franchise had really gone downhill.
