Papa Johns Pizza

My DoorDash driver for Papa John’s had a dog in the car and my pizza wasn’t sealed I’m very unhappy.

I had the worst experience that I have ever had with any type of chain restaurant. The Manager should in no way be a Manager that is over any type of Customer Service. Worst manager I have ever dealt with in my 64 years!!!

I ordered a pizza this evening and when it was delivered it was sealed with quailty check stickers. Upon opening the box the pizza was a completely different pizza than what I ordered. Yet the box specifically said my name and order on the receipt. When I called the Manager proceeded to tell me that she was aware that it was the wrong pizza when I told her my name but couldn't do anything because I ordered through UberEats. How does this pass a quality check ? How does the Manager admit to wrong doing and refuse to fix the issue? Where was my original pizza?
No apology from the employee who was in the back making the pizza, even though she came to the front. Just the way this was all handle is unacceptable. I will never waste my money with this company again

I placed an order on line. The order was to arrive within 30 mins. As i watched the order as it kept being pushed back and the driver finally left the store tracking on the app only to return to the store. I called to check on the order and was very rudely spoken to and told that she was the only one at the store and to have a nice day and hung up on me.
Customer Service needs to be checked.

Driver tried negotiating their tip while in route with the food. Tried calling the location to speak with management. I called three times over two hours and never got through. Does anyone even work here?

Pizza is ok. However, twice now I've found hair in my pizza. I don't think I'll be going back. Each time they have refunded me but they don't seem to care.

The accidentally handed the order off to another customer understandable what's not understandable is the way it was handled information not relayed to me basically having me wait without knowing what is going on will never return here again and will recommend everybody else not to as well. The girl in the black hat on the left hand side is the incompetent idiot who is laughing about it then he gets funny

Charge for dips and doesn't deliver them, happened twice in 1 week.Called back, will not redeliver, wants me to pick up in person, although I already paid for delivery and tips.

Not only does the pizza at this papa John’s taste a lot worse than others but to top it all off I received an immediate stomach ache after eating just two slices. I regret not deciding to go to the Pizza Hut down the road.
