Worst experience at a Papa John's. 12/14 at 3pm. Only 1 employee, only fulfilling online orders and not speaking to customers. All I wanted was to order some dipping sauce. Left after 15 minutes without being helped.

How do you only have one person in the store on a football Sunday?!?! The young lady was doing everything she could to keep up but it's way too much for one person. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for not having someone else there to help. The lady who was there was extra polite and did her best to make things timely but it's just too much.

Ordered 3 Large Pizzas for a team meeting. I called and was disconnected 2 times. Luckily the worker called me back and said they were having issues with the phones. All good, I was able to place my order. I went to pick up my order amd took it back to my office. I dont eat pizza often so it tasted good. Unfortunately, whoever packed my pizza forgot the peppers in one of the boxes.
Overall, the worker was really nice and pleasant.

The worst phone service we have ever had ever calling a pizza place first we get a third-party who we cannot understand one word that they are saying then I asked to be connected to the store. The woman who answered the phone at 4 o’clock on Monday afternoon was horrible. Let’s start off by saying I had to repeat a medium pizza with mushrooms and light pepperoni three times for her to tell me she cannot do light pepperoni Because the cook has to put down a certain amount. All I said to her was we will pay for the full amount we just want half the amount she said that cannot be done so we went to Pizza Hut so thank you for your horrendous phone service. We will never get a pizza from you. I should’ve read the reviews on this place before even a trying to attempt to place an order

Ordered carryout yesterday (8-1-25) though the website kept giving an error message. Downloaded the app and it worked.

Got the 3 topping pizza and had a reward for free cheese breadsticks. They didn't skimp on the cheese which we love (it's not always this way).

I know I've left other reviews before so not sure why they are no longer here. If the pizza is always made how we received it yesterday then we will definitely keep returning.

I had the worst experience that I have ever had with any type of chain restaurant. The Manager should in no way be a Manager that is over any type of Customer Service. Worst manager I have ever dealt with in my 64 years!!!

I ordered a pizza this evening and when it was delivered it was sealed with quailty check stickers. Upon opening the box the pizza was a completely different pizza than what I ordered. Yet the box specifically said my name and order on the receipt. When I called the Manager proceeded to tell me that she was aware that it was the wrong pizza when I told her my name but couldn't do anything because I ordered through UberEats. How does this pass a quality check ? How does the Manager admit to wrong doing and refuse to fix the issue? Where was my original pizza?
No apology from the employee who was in the back making the pizza, even though she came to the front. Just the way this was all handle is unacceptable. I will never waste my money with this company again

I placed an order on line. The order was to arrive within 30 mins. As i watched the order as it kept being pushed back and the driver finally left the store tracking on the app only to return to the store. I called to check on the order and was very rudely spoken to and told that she was the only one at the store and to have a nice day and hung up on me.
Customer Service needs to be checked.

Driver tried negotiating their tip while in route with the food. Tried calling the location to speak with management. I called three times over two hours and never got through. Does anyone even work here?
