I had no idea there was a pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage shortage. I was craving a pizza for about a week and saw PJ had a small on special. This is perfect for me so I ordered and it was ready quickly.
I got my order and peeped inside to make sure it was accurate. It was so I left. Got home and took a slice, only to notice the few pieces of meat far apart. Not every slice had pepperoni or sausage. Like damn, I didn't order a cheese pizza.
Very disappointed in what I received from this location on Farm road. I came here because it is closest to me but this was some nonsense. Like, what the heck are you guys doing!!!

I deliver with Door Dash and each time I've recently picked up orders for delivery- I've received exceptional customer service from Kevin, Johnathan, Jake & Jose🎉! The crew was incredibly busy particularly for Pie Day and they kept up with all the ordering and several other DD deliveries aside from my own. I appreciate their commitment and dedication to doing their absolute best to make certain all their customers are greeted and treated well! I've been to other locations and not had the benefit of receiving the great communication that this rock Star crew provided! Keep up the excellent work 🙌!!

Ordered some pizza to have with the game last night. Pizza was cold, undercooked considering I asked for it well done, and not completely cut in any sense of the word. This is the second order in a row that has come this way. As for me it's not worth ordering from this store anymore.

We bought the New York style extra large pepperoni pizza. It was really delicious. My son originally was not going to eat any of the pizza because he "doesn't like pizza anymore". He decided he would eat one piece and then said how good it was and ended up eating more than half of the pizza. It was a big hit with our family. We will buy it again!

My husband and I ordered pizza from this Papa Johns yesterday ( 6/16/24) and while my husband was eating a piece of pizza a long hair was in it. In it not on it. It was in between layers of the pizza so as he took a bite the hair was pulling the pizza back out of his mouth that he already bit off. It was disgusting and stopped us from eating for the rest of the night.

I ordered for delivery and they showed up to deliver the food did not speak any English had to use phone to google translate and then would not give a receipt for purchase. I called the store to speak to a manger to get a receipt for my records. The manager said if I want a receipt I have to go in to the store to get a receipt. I went to the store to get a receipt and also return the cold soggy wings they tried to deliver as fresh. When I was there I was talking to the manager and he would not refund the wings and said he didn’t know how to do it. I asked to speak to his manager and he would not let me and said he was not aloud to give out his managers name. I then asked him one more time if he could tell me his name. He said his name is Mr manager. Im not sure who is in charge of the hiring at this place but your Mr manager sucks and maybe you all need to try to treat your customers better.So here is a picture of Mr Manager himself since he would not give a name.
