She took it as paying my whole total cash, when I told her that not what I said she argued with me, and told me she couldnt change it...now I know why she works at a pizza place for a living. (The driver was super nice!!)

We made an order and they canceled it. When I called to see why he said they gave my order away to a door dasher and canceled it. I asked what happens next and he said I had to pay again. No attempt to make it right just hung up on me when he said order it again. Never again will I order from papa johns.

I've been a loyal customer of this Papa John's location for over 15+ years, but tonight's experience was by far the worst in terms of both service and food quality and unfortunately, it's the final straw.
We placed a delivery order early, scheduled for 6:15 PM. When that time passed and nothing arrived, we checked the app around. 6:25pm and saw the order hadn't even been picked up yet. We called the store for an update, and the staff member explained that the order had been missed in the rush and not assigned to a driver. He assured us it would be delivered in about 15 minutes.
I expressed concern that the pizza would sit too long, arrive cold, and taste off, but he insisted it wouldn't be cold. The pizza finally arrived around 6:56 PM (over 40 minutes late).
Unfortunately, it was barely warm to cold, and the taste was completely off: extremely doughy, undercooked, and basically like eating a ball of cheese and dough. It was inedible and disappointing, especially since this was a night when we really needed a reliable meal. We paid $40 for what turned out to be cold, horrible-tasting pizza.
The consistent decline in quality and service at this location has been noticeable lately, and this experience has convinced me I can no longer order here. I hope management takes steps to address these ongoing issues for future customers.

Haven't been to papa John's in years. After i placed my ordered I read the reviews and I was worried about my order. I wasn't a fan of the taste but the pizza didn't look bad like the other reviews. I ordered 2 pizzas, toppings were missing or mixed up. The worker was nice.

I see why this location gets such bad reviews. Pizza was undercooked, the 8 piece bites only had 5, and the cheese bread was mainly bread with some cheese on the middle pieces. Very disappointed.

Want to know why Papa John's is struggling? You walk in, stand at the counter for 5 minutes not being acknowledge then a Door Dasher walks in gets greeted immediately and is told his order is at the bottom. That same kid that helps the door dasher walks back to making pizzas while I continue to be ignored. I could literally see my order sitting on the rack getting cold, waiting for someone to notice I exist. They really need to fix the pick up experience at this store. Don't get me wrong, everyone there was working hard, they just didn't have anyone on the counter. The pizza was delicious, though!

Screwed up a pizza 3 months ago. Tried since then to reach manager for credit promised. No where to be found.
Ordered from this location on doordash on 8/23 at 1140pm. Pizza and bacon cheesy bread. The cheesy bread had no bacon and was cold. The pizza was missing all the options we paid extra for(stuffed crust ect.) Came with thin crust and no cheese at all on the pizza just sauce, and was cold as well. Quality very, very bad, we paid almost 50$ for this order, also it had a weird chewy, what seemed to be raw chicken based on look and consistancy on a bite of my pizza as well it was weird. Quality work and service is going down the drain, not just here its everywhere. Thank you greedy corporate. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

I had no idea there was a pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage shortage. I was craving a pizza for about a week and saw PJ had a small on special. This is perfect for me so I ordered and it was ready quickly.
I got my order and peeped inside to make sure it was accurate. It was so I left. Got home and took a slice, only to notice the few pieces of meat far apart. Not every slice had pepperoni or sausage. Like damn, I didn't order a cheese pizza.
Very disappointed in what I received from this location on Farm road. I came here because it is closest to me but this was some nonsense. Like, what the heck are you guys doing!!!
