Papa Johns Pizza

Waited over 3 hours for 2 pizzas which were cold and wrong. They're the actual worst.

Got my order wrong more times than I care to admit. This time an entire pizza is missing and I’ve been on hold for 35 minutes. I had to wait 2 hours for my order to be wrong.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 12:16 PM Papa Tracker said it will be delivered at 12:35 PM. 1:20 PM rolls around and the time just gets longer and longer. Status said driver is waiting for the pizza. I call the store at 1:23 PM or so and ask to cancel the order. The person I spoke to asked my name and then states it was cancelled. I begin to ask him about the refund if there is one, and he hung up on me. Trash service. Any place but this. I emailed Coporate as well. I can stand late service, but not rude service. Look at all the negative reviews for this location.

Horrible experience!!

Came to pick up a doordash order, lady said they were working on it. waited over 25 minutes, and then come to find out they still hadn't started preparing the order. And then the lady lied that she never told me they were working on it, and then said that I can simply unassign the order if I don't want to wait. Yeah, thanks a lot, after wasting over half an hour of my time.

There is a lady there a black lady she is very very rude and she don’t respect people. She think people works for her. We are customer. No one knows how to take the order I picked up the pizza was very cold sorry never ever again.

The employee named Reagan is absolutely amazing. She has gone above and beyond multiple times and I really hope that she gets the recognition she deserves!

Last 2 times pizza has been raw in the center. Online delivery time is always 45 60 min.

They didn’t talk properly they didn’t let me explain myself or even finish my order, and on top of that the driver came to my door and left without calling or knocking my door, with the pizza and when they send another driver the pizza was cold and bad cocked. The worst experience ever.

I was trying to order thru the app but it says they don’t deliver to my address which they delivered over than a year ago, I live 2 1/2 miles away from their place.After reading all the bad reviews which are all the same with undercooked products and rude-bad customer service from staff and manager within a year even a few weeks ago I’ve decided to bring my business to another place.

I read the reviews. The store manager thinks he’s doing a great job. Great job ?He said he doesn’t read the reviews. I ordered a pizza about 3 weeks ago and nothing has changed. I would rather buy the cheapest frozen generic $1.99 supermarket pizza with frost burn. Add surcharges, taxes, delivery fees…??

I used to only eat papa John's when I would get pizza but they've changed a lot since. The quality isn't as good, it's always super doughy even if you get thin crust. And don't even bother getting their stuffed crust or stuffed crust with pepperoni... There's barely any cheese, they don't even bother pl actually putting pepperoni in the crust, and it'll cost you $26. Just go to pizza hut. Their stuffed crust is way better and it'll only set you back about $18. Papa John's just isn't worth it anymore.

Horrible customer service order 2 pizzas. One pepperoni, bacon came with bacon pineapple. Other philly cheese pizza missing toppings on 1/4 of pizza.
