Give yourselves an extra 20 minutes after they say it’s “Ready”. They typically mark as complete so they hit their metrics and look good, but the pizza is never ready when it says it is. This has happened with every pizza I have ordered for pickup in the last year

The food is great if you pick up. If you get it delivered they go through door dash and the drivers will leave the food on the floor of your door without knocking and it will sit until you open up papa John’s app and realize it’s outside COLD! Order through laces who have own drivers :)

We live Pizza but have been trying to be good and only eat pizza as a treat. Today was one of those special pizza nights, so it was important for us to get what we like. I ordered my light tomato sauce, double pineapple and ham. - what I got was zero sauce, (not light- nothing at all) tasted like cheesy bread, not pizza.
My husband can’t eat tomato sauce, so he ordered Alfredo - he got tomato sauce on his.
Such a disappointment.
We had it delivered and paid the extra fees and tipped well and all that. We called the location and all they offered was a refund for one pizza. So pretty much we paid over $20 for one unenjoyable cheesy bread.

I drive for door dash and avoid this location at all costs. They are always slow to get orders out. Always.

This location has went downhill in the last year. Staff is extremely incompetent and obviously don’t care. Also this switch to door dash is a disaster. Guess it’s Pizza Hut or Dominos from now on.

Waited over 3 hours for 2 pizzas which were cold and wrong. They're the actual worst.

Got my order wrong more times than I care to admit. This time an entire pizza is missing and I’ve been on hold for 35 minutes. I had to wait 2 hours for my order to be wrong.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 12:16 PM Papa Tracker said it will be delivered at 12:35 PM. 1:20 PM rolls around and the time just gets longer and longer. Status said driver is waiting for the pizza. I call the store at 1:23 PM or so and ask to cancel the order. The person I spoke to asked my name and then states it was cancelled. I begin to ask him about the refund if there is one, and he hung up on me. Trash service. Any place but this. I emailed Coporate as well. I can stand late service, but not rude service. Look at all the negative reviews for this location.

Horrible experience!!

Came to pick up a doordash order, lady said they were working on it. waited over 25 minutes, and then come to find out they still hadn't started preparing the order. And then the lady lied that she never told me they were working on it, and then said that I can simply unassign the order if I don't want to wait. Yeah, thanks a lot, after wasting over half an hour of my time.
