They didn’t talk properly they didn’t let me explain myself or even finish my order, and on top of that the driver came to my door and left without calling or knocking my door, with the pizza and when they send another driver the pizza was cold and bad cocked. The worst experience ever.

Pizza we received was cold and smashed to the top of the box.. looks like they used DoorDash to deliver the order. Tried calling the store to speak to the manager, no one answered the phone, ended up throwing the entire order into the trash and disputing the transaction with my CC company. Won't be ordering from this place again..

Horrible experience with this Papa John's location! I haven't tried Papa John's out in years and instantly, tonight I was reminded as to why I stopped giving them my business. I guess it's the caring personality I have and always believing that people, places and things deserve a second chance but the joke was on me! As they say, a true leopard never changes their spot's. I went ahead and placed an order tonight via UberEats at approximately 10:00 PM - 10:15 PM with an expected delivery of 10:50 PM at the latest! Well my friends, this too was not even remotely close to the case. I received an update saying at the time that my pizza was supposed to be delivered stating that the new arrival time was going to be 11:15 PM.. once again, the lie detector and receipts I have confirm that this too was false! The Uber driver finally messages me around 11:30 PM telling me that she was at the store and was told that something was wrong with their systems or whatever excuse that was and still is irrelevant when you try to explain this to a hungry person. My pizza is not in front of me at the time it was expected and then some.. I tried calling the store to see where on earth my pizza is and of course no one answered and after a few more calls, eventually I finally got the automated recording that the location was magically closed and they couldn't answer phones which was once again BS because my Uber driver was literally still in the store after the fact of them supposedly closing.. 25 mins later I get a message from the driver saying they are arriving which puts us at 11:50 PM to be exact in which this has now turned into close to 2 hours for my order which arrived not even remotely close to being warm.. just cold and depressing... moral of the story/review is this is why I stick to what I know and most importantly never go back to the people, places and things in my past who have continuously proven that they are not reliable nor worthy of my money and time. Period!

I was trying to order thru the app but it says they don’t deliver to my address which they delivered over than a year ago, I live 2 1/2 miles away from their place.After reading all the bad reviews which are all the same with undercooked products and rude-bad customer service from staff and manager within a year even a few weeks ago I’ve decided to bring my business to another place.

I read the reviews. The store manager thinks he’s doing a great job. Great job ?He said he doesn’t read the reviews. I ordered a pizza about 3 weeks ago and nothing has changed. I would rather buy the cheapest frozen generic $1.99 supermarket pizza with frost burn. Add surcharges, taxes, delivery fees…??

Papa Johns used to be my absolute favorite pizza place growing up and for most of my adult life. But unfortunately, things have changed in the past few years. We recently decided to try their new garlic stuffed crust pizza. Let me tell you, it was a bit undercooked and soggy. But hey, it actually tasted better the next day when we reheated it in our oven for leftovers. It seems like they did not cook it all the way through, and this has been our experience for the last 3-4 times of going there. Always soggy pizza. I mean, don't get me wrong, their garlic dipping butter is still a major selling point. But let's be real, that alone isn't enough to keep me coming back when the main attraction is just subpar. I did take out every time so I can't speak on service or ambience really. I think I'll pass on this place from now on. The quality just isn't up to par anymore, sadly.

you work at a pizza joint, i'd hate my life too but that's no reason to be a dick when someone is mad that their food was tampered with?! maybe y'all should stop using door dash that is stealing food and opening ranch and eating the wings i ordered ON YOUR APP... NOT DOOR DASH.. that's on y'all not me?!

They have door dash deliver depending o tip. I guess 20 to 25 percent is not appropriate. Door dash is rude and after after 90 minutes got pizza.

So disappointing! Don't waste your money! We ordered a Doritos papadia, cheese sticks, and a desert. No trace of doritos on the papadia and the cheese sticks had barely any cheese. Our total was $30 not including tip and we didn't even eat it, such a waste. This was just gross!
