Papa Johns Pizza

Garbage. Who ever that was at the window that canceled my order. The pizza was for my autistic nephew. And this poor excuse of a man who felt all mighty to cancel my order that I was waiting on because he felt some type of way. It was 1 pizza no sauce just cheese. Because he can't do his job and lost it order and tried to rush it and lied saying it's in the oven. Lies happy thanks giving

Papa John's pizza is very good and they prepare it in 10 minutes.

I’ve never been here and got bad food. The food’s always been amazing and the service has always been great. Fabian specifically did some last minute edits for me, even after the order was submitted. Great food and great people.

Never got to order. They gave me a number to call then it was the wrong pizza hut. I called the one on land in Charleston and they don't deliver. But should I just live on Nellis Charleston? Then I call the one over here on Nellis. And they answer they transfer us and then they just hang up so I don't know I don't get it. I will not order from them again.

I’m would had giving this rating a half of star but recently I did an order pick up from a third party and I was approached by this man. He wasn’t the kindest and he ask me to confirm the order. He gave me “discrimination” vibes! I explained to him I can’t confirm the order until it’s in the pizza bag and I can snap a picture. He got upset and refused to give me the order. They need to give those people cultural appropriation classses or possibly clean house!

I got really bad experience. They told me my pizza is gonna be in 21 minutes now I wait one hour and 20 minutes and I called these people and they hang up the phone and they told me you want to cancel. The pizza is past one hour and I have to wait one hour and 20 minutes. Forget my pizza And she’s got really bad attitude and she’s hanging up the phone

Well, I just had the worst pizza of my life! I haven't eaten a Papa Johns pizza in many years. However, it was just too convenient at the time. It was from the Boulder & Nellis location. The pizza was not cooked long enough & was kind of cold after only a five min drive home. The chicken toppings broke into pieces upon eating. The extra cheese was flavorless. However, I was too tired to drive back there for a refund.
It was quite obvious that very little effort was put into making my pizza & the ingredients were very low quality. Papa Johns has gained a very negative reputation over the years. In my opinion, it is well deserved. I will not eat a Papa Johns pizza ever again!! 😡

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and breadsticks with a ranch cup. I got a pizza with not even a normal amount of cheese and breadsticks with a regular sauce cup. This order wasn't complicated; no reason it should have been screwed up

When in to get a order was treated inappropriately by male employee and made me feel like I did something wrong felt racial vibes and was told I couldn’t return. Called me out and basically challenged me as if he was going to do something because they way looked. I made a complaint and asked for some one to go listen to audio and watch video of the incident but whoever got my complaint went and talked to the employee and asked his side of the story which solved nothing but the employee covering his tracks but it’s 2024 nobody should have to experience what I just did today. If you ever get treated unfair by a employee at place of business please report it so we can get this type of behavior fixed immediately it you should not be judged by your race, sex , religion etc. this papa John’s location needs to weed out employees who cause these problems with customers.

Justamente soy repartidor de comida y lamentablemente tuve un inconveniente con el que dís que es el manager,, yo fui a recoger una orden y este vato culero me atendió muy mal y fue grosero conmigo, el dice que se llama Fabián pero realmente no me gustó la forma en cómo me trató sinseramente el fue muy grosero verbalmente conmigo

The guy at the front desk is miserable and disrespectful, his condescending tone used in front of my children is not appreciated.

I had family over and we ordered a few pizzas and sides for pick up. Everything was sealed and seemed fine. When we got home I realized I was missing 1 pizza. We opened another to find slices missing and opened a side of wings to see the ranch had already been eaten. So disgusting. Understandably, most of the food went to the trash.
I contacted corporate and made an official complaint. Instead of them internally dealing with it, their response was for me to contact a manager but no name or contact info was provided. If I did this they’d credit me 2 pizzas. It honestly felt like they didn’t care and the last thing I want is more food from there. I didn’t call. It feels like employees eating and tampering with customer’s food would be a huge issue with more urgency. From the food to the customer service, it’s all been a disgusting experience.
