I ordered online and paid for it 2-3hours in advance for a 6pm delivery from this store at Trop and Decatur. I called at 6:04pm and Manager said no delivery guys and Door Dash will pick up and deliver. Called again at 6:30 because Door Dash will deliver around 6:42pm. The pizzas I ordered were the only food item other than soda that I was serving after my meeting at home. No food and no accountability from the Manager! Want 100% refund!

I have given this Papa Johns so many chances to get it right because I actually enjoy their pizza, but 4 out of 5 times I order from here, there’s a problem. It has been where the pizza was made wrong, undercooked, forgotten items, extremely long wait times, the pizza wasn’t cut one time and so much more. Granted this has been over the span of a couple years. The breaking point was tonight, Tonight I placed an order and had to wait over an hour before it could even start to be delivered because they apparently use door dash as their delivery service now. Then there was another 30 minute wait for the delivery because door dash goes to multiple places. The pizza was cold, and it is after midnight so nothing else is available. If you have to resort to DoorDash for deliveries, just switch to carry out only. This is an awful experience for your consumer. I have had nothing but problems with this Papa Johns and I will no longer be ordering from them. Good luck to anyone that does.

The blonde lady working on March 6 at 11 PM had An attitude problem, and was very rude. The young man she was working with was very respectful and was working hard. I appreciate his customer service. The blind lady needs an attitude adjustment and needs to learn what customer service service is all about if you don’t like working at Papa John’s, then quit.

So a week ago, I made a order that lead to $55-$60. I made a decent size order because I wanted to feed my coworkers and my self. We waited for over 3 hours for the order to be delivered while our store is only 0.6 miles from this papa John's location. None of my co-workers where allowed to leave the store due to the fact that we got busy with customers. The order was placed around 4pm and we ended up canceling our order around 8:30pm. The employee that sounded like a young girl was answering the phone and being super unprofessional. The store I work for will NEVER due business with this location EVER again...

I haven't been a customer for years and finally decided to order while out visiting LV. I regret it now, I should've supported a local business; sadly, I won't order from this location again. So I'm going to give this place three stars despite the pizza being inedible uneatable whatever you want to call it I couldn't eat it it was too gross. Normally that would result in one star the lowest rating but I called and whoever I spoke to gave me no problems about returning the purchase and I offered to bring the pizzas back which I couldn't eat obviously so they were still there in the boxes fully intact less if you bites but the dude was like don't worry about it essay it's all good and I guess he understood that it wasn't going to be able to be eaten it was too gross.

I'm a doordash delivery driver and I was picking up two orders for two different customers I was greeted with disrespect and rudeness. I pick up from this pizza place all the time and I've never been treated this bad I don't know who this guy was but he was very rude, this was Saturday the 16th at 4 pm... I'm getting nonstop offers from this store. He also was trying to make statements like I don't have enough catering bags or pizza bags for the order when no other delivery driver in that store has pizza bags I have more bags than anybody I have bought many of my own bags I'm part of the large order program I'm part of the pizza program. I'm a top tier dasher that brings in a lot of money and put in 15 to 20 hrs a day..

I ordered through DoorDash, and the food arrived pretty fast and fresh. It was exactly how I ordered it and it was really delicious.Don't expect it to be the original italian one because it s fast food but it was really good.We also got a garlic sauce and a jalapeño.
