If you want to have guys taking orders taking your money texting than immediately freaking your food with no gloves this is where u go ladies and gentlemen absolutely disgusting place all the diseases going around Im baffled oh yeah it's not even done nor does it even look like it's done lol man.

Terrible customer service I order and the give me the wrong order I call complaint and call em back said I make another one call me back tomorrow for you pick up I call 8times for 1hr38min and the answer is the customer service can help you transfer to the restaurant and never pick the phone
Terrible only one person work there and it’s why give you the wrong pizza and bad food to much garlic salt terrrible store location restaurant and the person when you order the pizza who answered and can’t help you for nothing waist time 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

On the 17th of January, 2025, I ordered a pizza from the 450 S Buffalo Dr Ste 101, Las Vegas, NV 89145 branch of Papa Johns. This is the very worst pizza that I have ever gotten from Papa Johns. It was not completely cooked, the half pepperoni was full portion. The black olives were dumped on two slices. When I called the branch, I was told I would be receiving a refund. One week later, the 24th, no refund has been processed.

For quite some time, the orders have been getting worse. Receiving cold pizzas, wrong toppings etc. So imagine my unsurprise, when i started scrolling through the reviews and found only 2 positive reviews out of 19 reviews, stating the garbage and destroyed / incorrect pizzas coming out of this branch. I'm tired of getting free food for the messed up orders. I would prefer that the company gets the branch straight. I want my refund and not to order from your company for about a year or so.

They mess your order up, can’t even follow their own app’s order. Then send you a door dash delivery person who besides not being able to speak English, can’t even speak basic Spanish. Then have to wait an hour for them to remake the order and re-deliver. 100% wouldn’t recommend.

This was a quick pizza stop we waited 15 minutes for our medium cheese pizza and bread sticks which were so delicious.

Ron helped me and he is such a nice person. He was patient and very happy to help. Seth was in the back he smile frequently I really appreciate that. Seth came out to the car to bring me our pizza. Amazing service

Great place to buy a delicious ? for a low price

I love this location, it’s clean, they move quick and RON makes my pizza absolutely perfect every time! He understands well done and it’s ALWAYS CHEFS KISS and he hands it over with a smile! My pizza tonight is perfect, like always. Thank you!
