Today 31 of Octuber ...worst store employes!!!!
Is a shame that the 2 workes for tonight are a pair of cowars that hit very bad a man that only ask for them for a order?!?!
Is a shame for Papa Jhons get employes that get furious just for get a lot of orders!!!!
If somebody of papa jhons get the video of this store at about 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm...will see that the thing i spoke to is true.
Is a shame for this store what hapen tonight.
I hope that justice be made...if the owner of this store know about this.

So I thought I ordered my pizzas from a closer location than Papa John's assigned it. I got to the closer Papa John's and they locked the front door and before they were supposed to close. So I went to my email and found Papa John's gave my order a farther location than I wanted to travel. That location had their doors opened and I went inside to sit on the bench until a staff member came over to help me. It took less than a minute before I sat on the bench and I explained I made my order on my phone. I gave the staff member my name and he found my orders waiting for me. I received my pizzas hot and went home. This location is further out but it was comfortable and open.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!! Late delivery and wrong/ cold pizza. There are too many pizza options to even consider this an option! Their employees are incredibly high while working and cannot process a simple order. Worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. Papa John’s should seriously consider closing this location. Just look at the reviews in the last six months. This place and their unprofessional employees are not worth it

Edit 9/6/25. I ordered from the new app again. This time I did carry out due to the last order. I specified no sauce on my thin crust again. I went in to the store and the very large man told me I screwed up again and didn't specify no sauce. Their new app obviously is causing issues. I specifically clicked on none for sauce from the drop down. I will never order from here again. I've attached a 2nd screenshot of my order. The employee was less than helpful and obviously doesn't care about his job or his employer. Rather than looking deeper into the issue, he was more willing just to refund my money and forget about it. He doesn't care and now I don't either. The way I see it this establishment owes me for last week's order....

This isn't the 1st time they didn't get the order right but this is the 1st time I called the store back. I didn't feel like arguing so I just ate a pizza I didn't like. I didn't want any sauce on my pizza. The manager said it was on my side that was the mistake, but I was very careful during the ordering process. I'll attach a pic of the order sent to my email. Notice there is nothing on my thin crust pizza stating sauce. Wish the guy just took my word for it but I guess there's people that take advantage of them. Hopefully he sees this and reaches out. I normally don’t even write bad reviews but after today, I will not be ordering anything from the location again! I’ve been ordering from this location for years. I had two bad pizzas and called the location to express my concerns. The woman on the phone was VERY rude. I didn’t even ask for my money back! I took the pizza back up to the store and the of course they were eating on the clock. Never again. I’m not going to get food poisoning. I’m just upset because there was no consideration of the customer. The management sucks, and so does the trash employees.

DO NOT ORDER. Sent a pizza completely different from what it waa originally ordered. Not only once but TWICE. We got a sauceless pizza. We called and they NEVER ANSWERED. THEY PUT US ON HOLD, PICKED UP AND BACK ON WAIT. Refund policy is not worth it. Save your money and mostly your time.

Complete waste of my time. Picking up orders i was told they were not even in oven because of printer issues. I responded with i get it i worked at one of the busiest domiinos for years. The whiney girl responded that its not same she is 16 and other employee was new.
Get a manager!!! Why was an immature minor running the store??? She just wasted my time and does not appear old enough to work.

This is the worst Papa John I have ever been to. I ordered a pizza from 450 S Buffalo Dr Ste 101, Las Vegas, NV 89145 last night and after driving all the way there and waiting 25 minutes, I walked in the store and was told my order was voided. When I asked why, I was told it was because there was only 1 person working so he was closing early to clean. He informed me he would write my name down for a free pizza since I waited so long. I arrived today and was met by a very rude general manager- Austin. He refused to honor the free pizza and became very belligerent when I started asking questions which led to a heated exchange. A waste of my time and gas. Hopefully I get a chance to speak with the district manager because this was absolutely the worst service.

When i came in, music are so loud couldn’t ever hear what the staff are saying, also omg! Store are so dirty, a lot of flies inside. Taking so long to make the order.

Papa John’s delivered a solid pizza experience that hit most of the right notes. The crust was warm and satisfying, the cheese was nicely melted, and the overall flavor was on point. I will say—it could’ve used just a bit more sauce to bring everything together and boost that richness you expect in every bite.

Ordering, however, was a bit slow. It took longer than expected for staff to take my order, which was a slight inconvenience, especially if you’re in a hurry. That said, the team was courteous, and once the food was in hand, the wait felt worth it.

All in all, a satisfying slice from a reliable chain. A little more efficiency and a saucy touch would’ve made this a five-star stop, but I’d absolutely return.
