Check your pizza before you leave. Very little sauce and toppings. Some of my pizza slices were just bread. Its upsetting that someone sliced it that way to to actually sell. This location has done better, but this evening was unsatisfactory.

I'm never the type to leave reviews but the manager that was on today October 23rd 2023 was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond for my order for something really silly that had was not her fault at all wasn't my fault either the door dash driver couldn't find my address drove around for 20 minutes marked my delivery as delivered and called it a day. she not only did she remake my food but she took notes on an issue we kind of have a Google maps for my house wrote it down on the receipt wrote my phone number on the receipt for the next door dash driver so that I get my food she went way above and beyond absolutely amazing it could have been a very frustrating outcome and she just made it very easy and she was very sweet and peppy the whole time. she even called me when the driver picked up my order so I know my order was on the way.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it never came, what kind of business is this? Called and let them know after over an hour of waiting to eat, they said the pizza was delivered and to check outside but no pizza, no one rang doorbell, nothing, they then told me to call back and wait longer. They weren’t going to do anything for me to make the situation right for me when I did nothing wrong and they inconvenienced my life, bad business. People and businesses are such a joke these days. Papa Johns and other big delivery pizza chains have always been know for their delivery of pizza, now this locations papa johns is using door dash, what business sacrifices customer service like that to a third party which they have no quality control over which ultimately makes for bad experiences for customers, really is sad to see.
I usually don’t do reviews but I would like to acknowledge that the Store Manager Leilani went above and beyond to fix my order. Sometimes human error can’t be avoided. Most importantly it’s how the error is addressed. Once again kudos to the management team for correcting my order.

We ordered the following.. thin crust with normal sauce, extra cheese, olives and green peppers (customize).And garlic wings. When the order was delivered.. by the way the order was left as a non contact delivery which was not asked for. Not once did I hear the door bell ring or anyone banging on the door. Back to the pizza.. The pizza had everything on it, but whomever made the pizza added ONIONS. Which was not asked for. Here's the problem, there's a reason why I DID NOT ADD ONIONS!!
