The worst experience and I'll never order again if using Door Dash. You charged $4.95 for a delivery you didn't make AND it cost my business. My driver couldn't speak a lick of English so not sure why he called for directions. My pizza was all at 1 side of the box, cold, hard and 30 mins later than estimated. I'm a 2 mile drive, driver left at 9:55, I got my pizza at 10:25. So incredibly disappointed when I work really hard for my money and a $26 meal plus $11 tip wasn't even a meal fit for my animals.

I ordered delivery last night assuming it would be a store delivery driver but it was changed to Doordash and it was a horrible experience. I didn't get delivery until 1030 when it was on the way at 955 and I'm 2 miles from the store. The driver couldn't speak a lick of English so he didn't understand when I called to help with directions AND was holding my pizza sideways so I received a cold pile of hard chicken and bacon on a cracker. Absolutely horrible!!

I haven't had Papa John's pizza in forever so I decided to order the NY style pizza.It wasn't very good.It seemed that it was overcooked and dry.At least based on this visit they need to severely tweak the recipe.

Order number 1160565325 I bought two pizzas with extra cheese and they didn't add extra cheese the pizzas came skinny and the ham pizza had almost no ham what's wrong with them they're saving that's not worth it don't do that I paid for a food which I don't receive as I wanted it
Food is not the problem. It's their use of Door Dash delivery. This is the 3rd time that my order has been misdelivered to God knows where. Why they use 3rd party delivery driver's and not company driver's is beyond me. So my order was over $40 and because of the lost order, they re-imbursed me. So they eat $40 and whatever happens to the idiot Door Dash driver? Nothing! What ever happened to the good ole days when you could order a pizza and a company driver would deliver your order!? Also, I'm a good tipper. $20-$30 for the delivery driver. These incompetent Door Dash drivers ruin it for the good delivery drivers. Never again with Papa John's!
