It's not about the atmosphere (walk in order to a delivery pizza shop), it's about the guy who's serving you. Friendly and inviting who asks about your day, this is what you should hope for in service for what seems to be a one-man operation knocking it out for Papa John's!

This was the worst Papa John’s establishment I have EVER been to while living in Vegas for 2 years. I had been here before and met one of the managers, Robert. He made the most disgusting, repulsive, and sexist jokes, but I love papa John’s so I let it slide. After I came back about 2 weeks ago, there was another incident where I was trying to pick up my food and the employees thought I didn’t pay so I had to ask for the manager. I thought I was going to get the manager I had seen before, but this time it was a woman named Jordan. She seemed nicer to me, but she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to her employees and honest to god was a disappointment to the friendly papa John’s that I have been to before. On the other hand. I had gotten some cinnamon pull-aparts and picked them up. When I got home to eat them they were utterly DISGUSTING. I’m not the type to sue, but that was the nastiest most horrendous monstrosity that i have ever had the DISHONOR to eat. The pastry itself was fine, but the frosting tasted absolutely rancid. I cannot believe what papa John’s has become. I am beyond disappointed and upset.

Not as good as I remember them being (Actually, ai don’t know if I remember them being that good in the first place but, jeez). Pizza here has really gone downhill, the crust/bread is literally a step above cardboard at best. I spit the crust out and then tried the Bacon cheese was equally as bad - if not worse.. Nasty bacon, I question if its even real bacon? I ate 1 slice of pizza and choked down the breadsticks with a drink… Then threw the rest out. Quality of meat is cringe.. All around nasty.

For real this guy made a pizza. Then took a order. had cash in his hand gave customer the change then went right over and took breadsticks out of the oven with his hands that he did not wash after he just touched the customer's money and the cash register I am so grossed out I am so glad that this is not my food it's doordash food
